## Inventive.AI Reviews
 ### 1. Fast, Accurate RFP Responses with Traceable Staffing Metrics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sílvia C. | Sales engineer, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

We respond to staffing services RFPs where the shape is very different from a typical software RFP.
If I summarize it would be three words only: Fast, Accurate & Easy to Use. Buyers want fill rate metrics, time-to-hire averages, retention data by role family, and named past-placement case studies not feature lists. Inventive handles that content shape correctly because it draws from our actual placement data and case study library rather than generating generic staffing prose, and the citation trail means when a procurement office asks where our 92% fill rate figure comes from, we can show them the source report in seconds. The platform adapted to our world rather than forcing us to flatten our content into its assumptions.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Comment threads aren't as good as Google Docs for back-and-forth review, so when my recruiting director and I are iterating on a case study selection together, we end up doing the actual conversation in Slack and using Inventive comments mostly as bookmarks. Search inside the knowledge hub also returns too many results when I'm looking for a specific past-placement case study by role family better ranking would save me a minute or two each search.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our RFP response time dropped from roughly 8 working days to 2, which let us bid on 28 opportunities last quarter versus 16 the quarter before with the same proposals headcount. The unexpected benefit was that we won a multi-year $4.2M MSP contract partly because the response shipped 5 days ahead of the buyer's deadline and was the first complete submission they received.

 ### 2. Inventive AI Saved Me Weekends on Security Questionnaires

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos B. | Real estate sales, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

context: we're 20 people team. no proposals team, no SE org, no marketing person. when an enterprise prospect sends us a 150-question security questionnaire i'm the one filling it out because there's nobody else. i was losing entire weekends to this stuff before we tried inventive ai

the UI is the part that surprised me. i was expecting one of those bloated enterprise tools where you need a 30-min training video to find the export button. it's actually clean. i logged in, imported an rfp, and was generating drafts within like 15 minutes. the assignment + status tracking is genuinely good even though we only have a few people — i route the technical sections to my cofounder, the commercial stuff i handle.

drafts come back grounded in our content with citations on every answer. for a 100-question questionnaire it spits out a v1 draft in under 5 minutes. that's the part that bought me my weekends back.

oh and the "information unavailable" tag — the AI flags questions where it doesn't have an answer instead of making something up. for a small company this matters more, because if we send a wrong answer to a $200k prospect we don't get a second chance.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

honestly priced for bigger companies. their pricing is usage-based and they were flexible with us on the rate, but the headline number was still a stretch for a startup at our stage. But when we saw the roi, we don’t care now.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i was spending probably 1-2 days every other week on rfp/questionnaire work.. inventive cut that to maybe 2-3 hours of editing per response. payback was basically instant.

the unexpected benefit: we used inventive's q&a agent during a live customer call last month when a prospect asked a technical compliance question. instead of saying "i'll get back to you," i pulled up the answer with citation in real time. felt very different than the usual "let me ask my team" stall.

 ### 3. Inventive Admin Experience That Just Works—Smooth Okta Provisioning and Fast Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurav K. | Senior Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I'm the person who configures and runs the platform for our org, and the admin experience is where Inventive quietly stands out. Okta SAML and SCIM provisioning worked the first time without exceptions. Integration setup for SharePoint and Salesforce was a single working session with my IT counterpart — no professional services engagement required. Permissions and roles are straightforward enough that I can scope access for a new reviewer in under two minutes, and the platform's audit and usage views give me what I need without exporting to a spreadsheet.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Pricing tier jumps are bigger than I'd like — moving from one capacity tier to the next is a meaningful step rather than a smooth scale, which makes it harder to forecast cost as we grow usage. The platform also has a noticeable cold start on the first request of the morning, which is a small thing but adds about 30 seconds to the first ingestion of the day. Neither blocks anything.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I rolled this out across two business units and 60 active users in under three weeks end-to-end, which would have taken months on the platforms I evaluated alongside it. The unexpected benefit was that our compliance team approved the deployment without redlines on the DPA, which doesn't happen often and saved me the usual two-week procurement loop.

 ### 4. Source-Linked RFP Drafts That Stand Up to University Scrutiny

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana H. | Sales agent, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

We sell into universities, which means our RFPs go through procurement offices and academic review committees who actually read responses line by line. Inventive holds up under that scrutiny because every answer it drafts links back to the source document it came from, so when a reviewer asks where a specific claim came from, we have the receipt. The other thing I appreciate is that the platform doesn't try to be cute. It pulls from our content, drafts cleanly, and gets out of the way.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Section reordering inside a project is also more clicks than it should be when we do Q&A style response

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Academic RFPs are long, prescriptive, and slow. Even with a dedicated proposals function, a single response used to consume the better part of a week across our writers and SMEs. The platform cut that to two days and let us bid on a Pac-12 system tender we'd previously had to skip because of timing. The unexpected benefit is that our team stopped dreading RFPs, which sounds soft but matters when proposals work is competing with everything else our SMEs are doing.

 ### 5. It became our company's content infrastructure, not just an RFP tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ujjwal k. | Sr. Associate (claims management), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I came to this from the marketing side and ended up making the knowledge hub our company's central content infrastructure not just an RFP tool. The platform absorbs our positioning docs, product pages, case studies, and customer references in one place, and the AI keeps that content honest by surfacing conflicts as we update things. RFPs are still the headline use case, but the deeper value for us has been a content layer that stays in sync rather than rotting.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Complex template export sometimes break which I have to sometimes fix manually.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Roughly 35% of our drafted content ships as-is, 50% lands with minor edits, and 15% needs rework. That distribution holds across very different content types in our library, which tells me the underlying AI is actually doing the work rather than reciting templates. The unexpected benefit is that our website team now uses the knowledge hub as the canonical source when they refresh landing pages the AI surfaced inconsistencies between our web copy and proposal claims that nobody had spotted.

 ### 6. Handles the specificity of group benefits RFPs better than anything else we tried

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria S. | Sales coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

We respond to group benefits RFPs from HR teams every renewal cycle, and the specifications are unforgiving plan designs, contribution structures, network access, carrier financials. The platform handles that level of specificity better than I expected because it grounds drafts in our actual carrier documentation rather than generic benefits copy, and it surfaces inconsistencies between our broker-of-record claims and our active plan documents before responses go out the door.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Tone drifts mid-paragraph on very long responses, which means I do a read-through pass to catch where a formal corporate sentence shifts into a more casual register.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Renewal season used to bury me a single broker on this team handles 40 to 60 RFPs in a six-week window every Q4. The platform cut prep time per response by more than half and freed me to spend that time on plan design strategy rather than transcribing carrier specs. The unexpected benefit was catching an outdated plan ID in our boilerplate before it went to a $2M annual premium client.

 ### 7. Inventive Helps Our Small RFP Team Punch Above Its Weight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishwajeet S. | Business development manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

We're a three-person RFP team supporting a much larger sales org, and we were drowning
before this. Inventive lets us punch above our weight on long-form proposals because it
generates an outline tailored to the actual RFP rather than forcing a template, suggests prompts
for each section so we don't miss requirements, and pulls answers from our existing Notion and
SharePoint content with citations. The pilot week alone proved the math.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

PowerPoint export isn't live yet, and a fair number of our buyers want a deck rather than a Word
doc, so we end up converting manually. The Pipedrive integration also isn't here, which means
opportunity context doesn't auto-populate the way our larger competitors' tools probably do.
Both are flagged on the roadmap.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The "long, tedious, frustrating" description of our prior process is genuinely gone. Three of us
can now respond to the proposal volume that used to require us turning down opportunities, and
the unexpected benefit is that our sales team has started routing RFPs to us earlier in the cycle
because they trust we'll hit the deadline.

 ### 8. I implement RFP tools for a living. This is the one I recommend most.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Snehil S. | CEO & COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I run a small RFP consulting practice. My team helps mid-market and enterprise companies stand up proposal operations picking the platform, designing the workflow, training the team, integrating with their CRM and content stack. I've personally led 4 Inventive implementations in the last 6 months across financial services, SaaS, industrial services, and one healthcare client.

The platform is the easiest to teach. Across my 4 Inventive engagements, the average time-to-first-productive-RFP-response for new users is around 5-6 days. On the legacy platforms I used to implement, that ramp was 2-3 weeks. The UI is intentional labels and saved views ("Stacks") instead of folder hierarchies, section assignments that mirror how proposal teams actually work, status tracking that doesn't require side spreadsheets. Almost no client has needed a multi-week formal training program.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

On mobile, the product struggles: no native app, and the browser view is so cramped it discourages serious use.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My clients' average RFP cycle reduction across the 8 implementations: around 60-70%. Win rate movement is harder to attribute cleanly (too many variables) but every client has at least sustained their prior win rate while taking on more bid volume, and several have seen modest lift.

Unexpected benefit: I now use Inventive's Q&A agent during my own client discovery sessions. When a prospect asks "does the platform handle X workflow," I open a sandbox tenant and demonstrate it live with their own content. That's been a closing tool I didn't anticipate.

 ### 9. Very Easy to Use & AI is what makes that difference.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash K. | SEO Outreach Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

This is going to be unusual for a G2 review, so let me lead with the honest part: we were down to Inventive and Loopio in our final round. Loopio was meaningfully cheaper somewhere around 60% of Inventive's quoted price. Our CFO leaned Loopio for obvious reasons. We pushed back and chose Inventive anyway, and six months in I want to write this review specifically because the premium pricing decision is the thing I'd want a peer in real estate services to know about.

What justified the premium: the AI output on commercial property management RFPs is in a different league. We bid on institutional REIT property management contracts, commercial brokerage proposals, and property investment service agreements. These are long, prescriptive documents that ask very specific questions about our portfolio composition, asset-class experience, geographic coverage, and capital improvement track record.

The AI is what makes that difference. UI is also clean. Our team picked it up in under a week without formal training, which mattered because we're a small BD shop and couldn't afford a multi-month rollout.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Two specific gaps:

- Mobile experience is rough no native app, web on phone is cramped
- No keyboard shortcuts for power users

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pre-Inventive: 4-5 working days per institutional REIT RFP, with our most senior BD person and a property analyst essentially blocked for the duration. Six months in: roughly 1 working day per RFP for the better quality of response. We've bid on 17 opportunities so far this year vs. 11 over the same period last year.

 ### 10. Inventive Supercharged Our RFP Output and Win Rate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raghav S. | Business head - US, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I run a business unit and my lens on any tool is whether it moves the numbers I report on. We spend roughly $35k a year on Inventive. In the first 12 months we went from around 32 RFPs responded annually to about 58 with the same headcount, win rate moved from 22% to 28%, and average response time dropped from 9 working days to 3. One specific deal a $1.4M ARR opportunity we'd been chasing for 18 months closed because of a response the customer called the most thorough they'd received. That alone returned 40x the platform spend in year one.

The RFP workflow is what makes the math work. Drafts come back grounded in our content with citations my team can verify, the AI flags questions it can't answer instead of fabricating, and the UI keeps assignments and status visible enough that I don't have to ask my team for updates. The result is account managers doing deal strategy instead of writing copy, which is where the win rate lift comes from.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Analytics should be covering win rate trends, capacity utilization, cycle time, and content usage in one view. Right now it’s limited .It should be easy to pull directly into a board deck without rebuilding everything in a spreadsheet. The mobile experience also needs to match the executive review pattern: leaders often review between meetings on their phones, and if the experience is not smooth, they end up asking for a PDF instead.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were capacity-constrained on RFP work in a market with growing volume. The choice was hire a proposals function (~$130k loaded) or solve it with tooling ($35k). We chose tooling. The capacity unlocked is roughly equivalent to that hire, with no ramp time and a predictable cost. The unexpected benefit: I'm in fewer "help me with this RFP question" Slack threads. My account managers self-serve through the platform's Q&A agent, which freed up my own calendar in a way I didn't anticipate.

 ### 11. The RFP browser extension alone made this worth it for us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lairin L. | Salesforce Administrator/DevOps Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

The browser extension is the thing I keep telling other RFP people about. A lot of the portals we work in won't let you export the questionnaire you're stuck typing answers directly into their UI. That used to mean copy-pasting from a Google Doc one question at a time. Inventive's extension lets the AI respond inside the portal directly, pulling from our knowledge hub. Hours saved per RFP.

The way it handles weird Excel formats is the other thing. We get RFPs with multi-column structures, custom indicators ("S" for standard feature, "C" for custom, that kind of thing), multiple tabs. Inventive maps it correctly and exports back into the original file with the formatting intact. Most tools we tried mangled the export.

Response quality holds up too. Bespoke answers grounded in our knowledge hub, inline citations, and confidence scores on every answer so we know which ones need SME review.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

The HubSpot integration isn't live yet that's where our pipeline data lives and it would be useful to have RFPs linked to deals automatically. We've been told it's coming. Slack and Teams notifications are also on the roadmap but email works fine for now.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our RFP process used to be a copy-paste marathon pull a question from a portal, find an answer in an old proposal, paste it back. Days per RFP. Inventive collapsed that into hours. The browser extension solved the portal problem and the Excel handling solved the spreadsheet problem. Those were the two formats killing us.

Project-based pricing also matters. We don't have enough RFPs to justify a per-seat enterprise tool. Inventive's model fits the actual shape of how a small team works.

 ### 12. Cut our RFP time in half, no major complaints

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priti B. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

Honestly the drafts come back good enough that i'm editing not rewriting. that was not the case with the other AI RFP tool we trialed before this (responsive, the AI was rough). citations on every answer is also a big deal for me because I don't trust AI drafts without being able to check the source. also the support response time has been kinda absurd, like we have a slack channel with them and stuff gets answered same day usually.

The auto-tagging on excel RFPs works ~80% of the time which sounds bad but is way better than tagging 200 rows by hand.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Analytics page is pretty thin. I want to see stuff like how much we're editing AI answers, which sections are taking the most time, that kinda thing. Also the word export is fine but our brand template doesn't always come through cleanly, so I do a formatting pass at the end.

Took a sec to figure out the sharepoint setup, there's some tenant id thing in microsoft that wasn't obvious. Once that was sorted it's been fine.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were drowning in rfps and saying no to ones we should've done. Now we can actually respond to most of what comes in, and the responses are higher quality because we're not rushing. I don't have to ask sales engineering to drop everything to help me with a deadline anymore which is huge.

 ### 13. Automates Proposals While Ensuring Consistency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rudra P. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I use Inventive.AI to automate RFP and questionnaire responses, which significantly reduces response time and delivers higher-quality proposals with less effort. The AI-generated responses powered by our knowledge base are a standout feature, as they save a tremendous amount of time, improve consistency, and help us produce higher-quality RFP responses. I appreciate how it eliminates the need to manually search for past answers and company information, ensuring our proposals are accurate and consistent. Additionally, it prevents outdated or inconsistent responses, speeds up RFP completion, and leverages the latest knowledge for proposals. Inventive.AI complements Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM tools, and platforms like Teams by allowing us to quickly generate accurate proposal responses from our existing knowledge and documentation. The initial setup of Inventive.AI was easy.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

The main area for improvement is reducing the amount of manual validation needed for AI-generated responses. Better content management, more precise answer selection, and addition customization options for formatting and tone would further improve the experience.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UI/UX: The platform makes it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to find information, create responses, and collaborate on proposals without a steep learning curve.
Integrations: It connects well with our existing tools and content repositories, allowing us to leverage past proposals and knowledge assets without constantly switching between systems.
Performance: Instead of manually searching through documents and rebuilding answers, the AI quickly generates relevant, high-quality responses, significantly reducing proposal turnaround time.
Pricing / ROI: The time savings alone have delivered strong ROI. Our team spends less time on repetitive work and can focus on strategic, higher-value proposal activities.
Support / Onboarding: Implementation was straightforward, and the onboarding process helped our team become productive quickly. The support team has been responsive whenever assistance is needed.
AI / Intelligence: The biggest benefit is the AI's ability to generate accurate, context-aware responses from our knowledge base. It reduces reliance on outdated content, improves consistency across proposals, and helps us respond to more opportunities with greater confidence.

Overall, Inventive.AI has streamlined our RFP workflow, improved response quality, increased team efficiency, and helped us scale proposal operations without adding additional resources.

 ### 14. AI-Native RFP Tool with Rock-Solid Citations, Confidence Scores, and Hallucination Protection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konlan M. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I'm an engineer and the CEO of a small company, not a proposal person, I knew the product in & out so I was doing the RFPs but RFPs were eating into our team's time because we're too small to have a dedicated proposal manager. I got tasked with picking an RFP tool because I'd be the one wiring it up to SharePoint and admin'ing it.

Inventive was the only tool that didn't feel like it was held together with duct tape. The architecture is AI-native you can tell from the API surface, the way citations are structured, how it handles ingestion. Setup was clean once we sorted the SharePoint tenant ID. Hallucination protection is real the "Information Unavailable" tag actually fires when the knowledge hub doesn't have an answer, instead of the AI making something up like the other tools we tested.

From a technical reviewer's lens: the citations link straight back to source docs, confidence scores are exposed on every answer, and the conflict detection across our own content has caught real inconsistencies. That's the kind of behavior I'd want in a system I'm responsible for.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

I'd like more on the API side — webhooks for response events, deeper analytics access. Useful if I wanted to wire RFP data into our own internal dashboards. Told it's coming.

Initial SharePoint setup had a tenant ID gotcha that wasn't documented anywhere obvious. Support got us through it same-day, but worth flagging.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Small team, too many RFPs, no proposal manager budget. The team was losing days a week to responses, and we were skipping deals because we couldn't keep up. Inventive collapsed the time-per-RFP enough that the team handles it themselves and we never had to make that hire. Engineering also got its time back — I'm not the de facto RFP writer anymore.

 ### 15. The first draft is really accurate and solved our multi-product confusion problem.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yamini C. | QA tester, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

We sell multiple products and the AI in our old tool kept mixing them up — one answer would describe our core platform, the next would somehow blend in a sister product with totally different specs. Multi-tenant in one paragraph, single-tenant in the next. Catastrophic on a security questionnaire.

Inventive's labeling system fixed that for us. We tag each product's docs with a label, and the AI only pulls from the right pile when we tell it to. The platform actually flagged the conflict itself on our first ingestion — saw that two products had different tenancy models and surfaced it before we generated anything. That kind of awareness is what we'd been missing.

Citations on every draft are the other thing. Blue dots that link back to the exact source doc and section. Our security team won't sign off on responses they can't verify, and that makes verification a 10-second click instead of a Slack hunt.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Ingestion of our old Q&A export had a hiccup at first — encoding issue — but the team fixed it the same day. Worth flagging as a one-time bump, not a recurring problem.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two big ones. First, the multi-product mixing problem I mentioned — that's solved. Responses come back grounded in the right product's content. Second, the volume problem. We were leaving deals on the floor because we couldn't get RFPs out fast enough, and the ones we did finish were eating our SE time. Inventive cut the draft time enough that our SEs are back to actual technical pre-sales work instead of writing proposal copy.

The Go/No-Go agent is a quiet win too. We've passed on a few RFPs we'd probably have spent a week on otherwise.

 ### 16. Took our SMEs out of the bottleneck

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya K. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

The biggest win for us is the AI drafts a real first pass that our SMEs can review instead of writing from scratch. We had a process where our subject matter experts were doing every answer themselves and it just didn't scale, especially when we got 24-hour turnarounds. The document-first approach to the Knowledge Hub works well for the way we operate. We point the tool at our best RFPs and it figures out the rest. Setup was quick and the team running point with us has been responsive throughout

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

The merged-cell Excel RFPs we sometimes get can require some manual tagging upfront. Once that's done the tool runs fine, but more automated handling there would be nice.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this we had a process where SMEs were answering every RFP question themselves while project managers chased them down. That doesn't work when you have a 24-hour deadline, and it doesn't scale as deal flow grows. Inventive lets us put out an AI-generated first draft so SMEs are reviewing and adjusting instead of writing. That's been a big shift for how much we can take on without burning out the people closest to the product.

 ### 17. Built Specifically for RFP work in a way most tool aren't

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijay D. | Senior Sales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

The Plateform is built specifically for high-volume RFP and InfoSec questionnaire work, not a generalist AI tool stretched into the use case.

Drfats come back with real structure and inline citations, which cuts revbe time a lot. The SharePoint integration is the unlock for us once we had the right tenant ID setup, our content just flowed in.

As an SE getting pulled into more federal-flavored RFPs, having one place that handles both the proposal and the questionnaire piece matters a lot.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Frankly, Setup had a couple of bumps: the SharePoint connection took a minute to get right and there was a tenant ID. I would also like more in the way of dashboards for tracking response performance over time.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our RFP volume is on track to double and basically every oppoprtunity now comes with an InfoSec questionanaire attached. Doing that manually wasn't going to scale and the generalist AI tools we tried weren't accurate enough on the long-tail of complex RFP documents.

Inventive handles the volume and the format properly. We throw and Excel RFP at it and it auto-tags sections, questions and responses for generations.

That's the worflow we actually needed.

 ### 18. Inventive Transformed Killed the rework problem that was eating our small RFP cycle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit K. | Business development manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

We only do around 20 RFPs a year, but each one
used to be 80-85% rework of past answers and 10% actual new thinking. Inventive flipped that
ratio. Drafts now come back grounded in our existing content with citations, so my team is
editing for win themes instead of rewriting boilerplate. Sales finally owns the RFP cycle instead
of dragging in our SMEs for every paragraph.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

The AI sometimes over-cites and stuffs three source
links into an answer where one would do

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cut the rework portion of our cycle from 80-85% of
effort down to maybe 20%. Sales team can now own RFPs end-to-end instead of escalating
every section to subject matter ex

 ### 19. The AI Proposal Platform That Actually Understands Proposal Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate T. | Production Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

The thing that made me such a believer in Inventive.AI is that it did not just make proposal writing faster — it made our entire proposal process smarter. It changed proposal development from a back-end cleanup effort into a front-loaded strategic process. For our team, that has been the biggest shift and the clearest value.

Before using Inventive.AI, our process worked, but it followed a pretty common proposal pattern: draft the response, gather input from contributors, and then use the final stretch before submission to tighten the voice, sharpen the strategy, integrate examples, add case studies, and make everything feel cohesive. The problem was that some of the most important work — strategy, positioning, proof points, and storytelling — was happening too late, when everyone was already deep in deadline mode.

Now, we are able to start with the strategy. We define the themes, compile the examples and case studies we want used, identify the differentiators that matter, and give Inventive.AI the direction and source material up front. From there, it helps build responses that already reflect our brand voice, messaging strategy, client-specific positioning, and supporting proof points from the beginning.

That has completely changed the quality of our first drafts. Instead of starting with a rough collection of answers that need to be heavily rewritten later, we begin with content that is already more cohesive, more intentional, and more aligned to the story we want the proposal to tell. It still needs human review, judgment, and refinement — and it should — but the work starts from a much stronger place.

The unexpected benefit has been how much it improved the final stage of the proposal process. The last hours before submission used to involve a lot of rearranging, rewriting, integrating examples, and trying to make the document feel like one unified response. Now, those final hours are much more focused on quality control, compliance, polish, and making sure the final product is buttoned up. It gives us more room for the white-glove review that proposals really need.

The AI itself is strong, but the real value is how it supports the full proposal workflow. It helps us use our existing knowledge more effectively, maintain consistency in our brand voice, and ensure the strategy we define at the start actually carries through the response. For a proposal team, that is a major operational improvement — not just a writing shortcut.

Overall, Inventive.AI has helped us work earlier, smarter, and more strategically. It saves time, but more importantly, it helps us produce stronger, more cohesive proposals with less last-minute chaos.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

It is honestly hard to name a true dislike because we have been so happy with Inventive.AI. The only challenge has been the normal adjustment that comes with moving away from a legacy proposal platform. Our previous system had certain features and workflows we had gotten used to, especially for managing a complex content library across many lines of business.

We knew before signing that there would be a few legacy features we might miss, and we were very upfront with the Inventive.AI team about that. Once we started implementation and began using the platform in live proposal work, we also identified a few areas where additional flexibility or refinement would make the experience even stronger for a company with our level of complexity.

That said, this has been one of the most positive parts of the experience. The Inventive.AI team has been incredibly receptive to feedback. They listen, take our requests seriously, talk through the use case, and have already implemented some of the improvements we asked for. That level of partnership makes a huge difference.

So my feedback is really more of a wish list than a dislike. I would love to see the platform continue to expand around content organization, workflow flexibility, and tools for more complex enterprise environments. But overall, I am genuinely very happy with the product and even happier with how responsive and collaborative their team has been.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Inventive.AI, one of our biggest challenges was knowledge management. Our Q&A library had become messy and difficult to maintain over time, and valuable content lived in too many places — old proposals, PDFs, PowerPoint decks, case studies, source documents, and internal files. We had strong material, but finding it, validating it, and turning it into a usable response took a lot of manual effort.

Inventive.AI has made that process significantly easier. Instead of having to manually break everything into a perfectly organized Q&A format, we can load existing documents, presentations, PDFs, and prior responses directly into the platform. The fact that it can crawl and interpret those materials well has been a major benefit for our team.

It also helps us fast-track the proposal response process. We can define the strategy, brand voice, examples, case studies, and proof points up front, and Inventive.AI helps turn that source material into stronger first drafts much faster. That means we spend less time searching, rewriting, and retrofitting strategy at the end of the process.

The biggest benefit is both time and quality. We are saving several hours per proposal — and even more on complex responses — while producing drafts that are more cohesive, strategic, and aligned from the start. For us, Inventive.AI is helping turn years of scattered proposal knowledge into something usable, searchable, and actionable.

 ### 20. Cut RFP Time from 6 Days to 1.5 with Inventive’s Clean, Fast UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I'll lead with the numbers because I track them. I run a spreadsheet on every RFP we respond to kickoff date, submission date, hours logged, win/loss outcome. Before Inventive, our average RFP took us about 6 working days from kickoff to submission. Six months in, that average is down to roughly 1.5 days. Roughly 75% faster, give or take depending on how complex the RFP is.

Win rate moved too. Rolling 6-month win rate before Inventive was around 22%. Last 6 months it's been around 36%. I'm being careful about how much of that to attribute to the platform vs. our team just getting better probably 60% of the lift is the tool (more thorough responses, fewer compliance misses, less rushing), the other 40% is general practice maturity. Either way it's not a small move.

On the experience side: the UI is the cleanest in this category by a long way. I logged in on day one and was running drafts within 20 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Analytics in the platform itself are thin which is ironic given how much data I track on the side. I'd love to pull win rate by RFP type, time-to-respond trends, and edit volume per section out of Inventive directly instead of maintaining my own spreadsheet. Told the team; on the roadmap.

Occasional complex Word export formatting drift on heavily templated docs. Adds a 10-minute clean-up pass before sending.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The before/after math, rounded:

RFP cycle: 6 days → 1.5 days (~75% faster)
Win rate (6-month rolling): 22% → 36%
RFP volume responded to: 47 last year → 78 projected this year, same headcount
Drafted content needing only light edits: ~70%
Drafted content needing heavy rework: ~15%
Drafted content flagged "Information Unavailable" (no fabrication): ~15%

The hidden benefit nobody talks about: we stopped saying no to RFPs. When the cycle was a week, every new RFP was a debate about capacity. At 1.5 days, the conversation is "let's just respond." Pipeline coverage is in a different place because of that.

 ### 21. Fast, Citation-Backed RFP Drafts with a Clean, All-in-One Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

The first time we ran a real RFP through Inventive, it left a question blank with a tag that said "Information Unavailable" meaning the AI couldn't find a supported answer in our knowledge hub and refused to guess. Every other AI tool we'd tested would have invented something plausible. The actual experience of using it: import the RFP, the AI parses it in a few minutes, drafts come back grounded in our content with inline citations on every answer. A 100-question questionnaire goes from import to first draft in under 5 minutes. Most of the answers were accurate & most of them did not need any edit. The UI is clean assignments, status tracking, and reviewer comments all live in one place instead of scattered across email and a side document.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Reporting feels surface-level. I want to see win rate by RFP type, edit volume per section, time-to-respond trends. The data is presumably there surface it. Told the team about it; they said it's on the roadmap.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting feels surface-level. I want to see win rate by RFP type, edit volume per section, time-to-respond trends. The data is presumably there surface it. Told the team about it; they said it's on the roadmap.

The ROI math is straightforward we're responding to more opportunities with the same team, and we're not rushing the responses we do submit. Quality up, throughput up, no headcount added.

 ### 22. Clean UI, Fast RFP Drafts with Reliable Citations—Saved Me Entire Weekends

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

context: we're 50 people. no proposals team, no SE org, no marketing person. when an enterprise prospect sends us a 150-question security questionnaire i'm the one filling it out because there's nobody else. i was losing entire weekends to this stuff before we tried inventive.

the UI is the part that surprised me. i was expecting one of those bloated enterprise tools where you need a 30-min training video to find the export button. it's actually clean. i logged in, imported an rfp, and was generating drafts within like 15 minutes. the assignment + status tracking is genuinely good even though we only have a few people — i route the technical sections to my cofounder, the commercial stuff i handle.

drafts come back grounded in our content with citations on every answer. for a 100-question questionnaire it spits out a v1 draft in under 5 minutes. that's the part that bought me my weekends back.

oh and the "information unavailable" tag — the AI flags questions where it doesn't have an answer instead of making something up. for a small company this matters more, because if we send a wrong answer to a $200k prospect we don't get a second chance

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

honestly priced for bigger companies. we negotiated down from their default and they were flexible, but the sticker price at first was a lot for a startup at our stage. would love a smaller starter tier.

setup had a sharepoint tenant id thing that took an afternoon to figure out. their slack support helped same day. not a huge deal but worth flagging.

some of the deeper analytics aren't there yet (win rate by rfp type, time-to-respond trends). would be useful when i'm trying to justify the spend to my board.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i was spending probably 1-2 days every other week on rfp/questionnaire work. when you're 10 people that's a real cost — those are CEO hours that should go to selling, hiring, fundraising. inventive cut that to maybe 2-3 hours of editing per response. payback was basically instant.

the unexpected benefit: we used inventive's q&a agent during a live customer call last month when a prospect asked a technical compliance question. instead of saying "i'll get back to you," i pulled up the answer with citation in real time. felt very different than the usual "let me ask my team" stall.

 ### 23. Cuts 100+ Question RFPs from Days to Hours with Helpful Citations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I'm an AE, not a proposal person. We don't have a proposals team so RFPs land on whoever owns the deal which is usually me. Before this I'd lose 2-3 days every time a 100+ question RFP came in and I'd be behind on my pipeline for the rest of the week.

inventive does most of the actual writing for me. I import the RFP, give it some context about the deal, and it drafts answers from our content. I go through, fix the ones that need work, and we're done in like a few hours instead of 3 days. That's the whole pitch from my seat.

the citations help me verify something technical. and the AI knowing when to say "i don't know" is good because i don't have time to fact-check 200 made-up answers.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Honestly, the platform has a bunch of features I don't use. go/no-go analysis, conflict detection, all that. probably useful for someone but i just need drafts.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

got RFP work down from days to hours. that's the whole thing for me. more time on calls, less time copy-pasting from old proposals.

 ### 24. Go/No-Go for end-to-end RFP submission across the entire platform in our first quarter.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

We're an engineering and construction firm. RFPs in our world aren't 20 questions about a SaaS subscription; they're 150-200 page documents with site plans, scope-of-work specs, embedded drawings, and pricing schedules. We see about 100 RFPs a year and we can only realistically bid on 50-60 of them. The biggest cost in our process isn't writing the bids, it's writing bids we shouldn't have written in the first place.

The Bid/No-Bid analysis is what sold us. We feed Inventive the RFP and it tells us where we're capable, where we're stretching, and where we have no business bidding. That single feature has saved us probably 300+ hours of estimator and engineer time this year on bids we now know to walk away from. The platform paid for itself before the first response was generated.

On the actual response side it ingests a 160-page RFP in about 4 minutes and drafts answers grounded in our knowledge base (past proposals, project case studies, capability statements). The drafts come back at the accuracy level they promised (>80% on day one) and get better as our team edits, thanks to the learning layer.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

There's no public API yet for connecting to our project management system. That'd be useful for us. We'd love to pull project metadata directly into RFP responses (past project specs, completion dates, change order history). Told it's something they're working on.

Image-based content (site plans, terrain images) ingests but the AI's interpretation of those is hit or miss not really their fault, it's a hard problem, but worth flagging for anyone in our industry.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old process: Excel sheets, conference calls, copy-paste from past proposals, three rounds of internal review. A single RFP could eat two weeks of estimator and PM time. With Inventive, the first draft is done in minutes, the team reviews and refines, and the bid is out the door in days instead of weeks.

But the real value is upstream of that — the Bid/No-Bid analysis. We stopped responding to RFPs we were never going to win. Capacity freed up. Win rate on the ones we actually pursue is up because we're investing real time on real opportunities.

 ### 25. The AI RFP software that doesn't fall apart on the technically dense questions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I do technical RFPs. The questions I deal with aren't "describe your security posture" — they're "describe your tenancy isolation between control plane and data plane in a multi-region deployment when customer KMS keys are rotated mid-session."
Inventive is the first one whose drafts hold up on the hard questions. Two reasons, I think. One, the grounding is real — the "Information Unavailable" tag actually fires when the knowledge base doesn't have an answer instead of guessing. The architecture also feels properly AI-native — multiple models in a pipeline, not a single GPT-4 call with a vector search bolted on. You can tell from how it handles edge cases.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

I'd like better APIs for pulling response data out — I want to wire RFP analytics into our own internal dashboards (win rate by product line, time-to-respond, edit volume by category). They've said API access is expanding, so we'll see.

Initial SharePoint setup had a tenant ID quirk that wasn't documented obviously. Support resolved it same-day but it cost us an afternoon.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell into regulated industries — Federal, financial services, healthcare. Every deal comes with a 200-question security questionnaire plus a technical RFP attached. Pre-Inventive, our SE team was burning 2-3 weeks per deal on response work that I'd argue isn't engineering. With Inventive, the SE writes deal context, the AI drafts everything, and the SE reviews/refines. We've roughly tripled how many opportunities the same team can support. That has real revenue impact at our deal sizes.

Conflict detection has also forced us to clean up our own knowledge base. The AI flagged places where two product docs disagreed on specifications, which we fixed at the source. That's a quiet benefit nobody talks about.

 ### 26. My AEs finally stop pinging me about RFP answers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I run sales enablement. before inventive my whole afternoon was AEs slacking me "do we have content on X?" or "what's our answer to Y?" now they just open inventive's Q&A agent and find it themselves with citations. that alone gave me my calendar back.

UI is clean, v1 drafts come back in minutes, sharepoint integration just works.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Analytics are pretty surface-level overall. I would also love deeper reporting on win rate by RFP type, which content gets edited the most, time-to-first-draft trends. That data is how i'd justify the spend to my VP and figure out who needs more training.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AE rep ramp went from "ask enablement every question" to "self-serve in seconds." also cut RFP time about 60% for the reps doing their own responses. real money — i don't need to hire another enablement person to keep up.

 ### 27. Best agentic AI platform for RFPs and security Qs in market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

My sales and product team does a few hundred RFPs every year, and our previous RFP platform forced us to use a question and answer library, which we were in desperate need to change. We evaluated several top AI tools in the market and found Inventive to be significantly better than anything else in the market. Things that we really liked were their response quality was significantly better in the side by sides we did. Also, their agentic system helped us understand the RFP and user requirements, compliance requirements and also do pre-export checks - all extremely helpful when the team is short on time. Overall, their workflow was pretty seamless for our use case as well. Highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

When we get a questionnaire with drop-downs for product feature lists, etc., we still have to do some manual work. The team told us a fix is coming at the end of June so we'll see. Not a dealbreaker but would be nice to save some tedious effort.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this we had one person who basically did nothing but maintain the Q&A library in Responsive. That was unsustainable. With Inventive, knowledge management is automated and the AI capabilities are next level.

 ### 28. Democratizing the RFP process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

I like how simple and easy the UI and process are for anyone in my org to pick up. The experience is quick and accurate and syncs directly with our Salesforce instance to integrate everything together.

We have democratized the RFP process to the sales team for some of our faster-moving deals, and it has been a seamless transition. Our reps are able to create an accurate response to almost any RFP format and feel confident that they are providing impactful answers.

The AI models that back the platform are effective and have quickly learned our organization and its products to where we can trust its accuracy at all levels.

Pricing is right on par with many industry tools and they have an easy-to-understand structure.

Onboarding was a light lift, enabling us to implement the tool within weeks. Ongoing support has been all you could ask for in terms of service, error-handling, and product development. The Inventive team is very responsive, insightful, and willing to help.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

There have been some loading and tagging errors with many of the projects we have worked on. However, the team is very responsive and willing to jump in and fix what needs to be addressed. The reporting suite is a bit immature at the moment as well, but it is developing and becoming more insightful.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventive is helping us grow and scale as an organization while keeping costs down in today's economy. We are able to keep our RFP team lean while maintaining and even increasing our volume/workload.

 ### 30. How Smart AI Supercharged Our RFP Process by 10x"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomiwa O. | What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?*, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

What stands out most about Inventive.AI?

Inventive.AI completely reimagines how we handle RFPs. Instead of fighting through disjointed tools and manual processes, we now have a unified platform that does the heavy lifting with precision and clarity.

What we love:

Atomic input handling – Each question is independently tracked, which means no more messy threads or outdated content versions.

Live team editing – Everyone from sales to engineering can work on the same response set in real time, ensuring consistent messaging and faster progress.

Smart templates – The AI recalls language that has performed well in the past and recommends it intelligently—like having a seasoned proposal writer built into the system.

LLM-powered quality checks – Before we submit, we run automated scans to ensure technical accuracy, competitive positioning, and tone alignment.

End-to-end transparency – Every change, comment, and decision is captured and traceable, which is a game-changer for accountability and regulatory requirements.

---

What could be better?

We’ve been impressed overall, but there are areas we’d like to see evolve:

CRM integration depth – It would be great to sync opportunity data from Salesforce both ways to reduce double work.

Explainable AI – Occasionally, we’d like more visibility into why the AI chose a certain phrase or answer structure

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

What business challenges has Inventive.AI solved for you?

Before Inventive.AI, every RFP cycle was a scramble. Content lived everywhere—Google Docs, email chains, Slack messages—and no one knew what was current. Getting input from engineers or legal slowed everything down, and rushing near deadlines often introduced errors.

Now, that chaos is gone.

Centralized response library – We maintain a living repository of vetted content and technical responses, always easy to search and adapt.

Fast, AI-first drafts – The platform generates high-quality first drafts using our existing content, dramatically cutting prep time.

Effortless collaboration – Cross-functional teams work in sync without needing constant meetings or check-ins.

Version control & compliance – Every edit is logged, reviewed, and easy to audit—perfect for regulated industries.

Since implementation, we’ve reduced our RFP response time by more than half, increased our win rate, and made the entire process far less stressful for everyone involved.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Inventive.AI, our RFP process was slow, fragmented, and manually intensive. Content was scattered across outdated documents, internal chats, and different teams' personal folders. Aligning stakeholders, gathering accurate responses, and managing last-minute edits often led to missed deadlines and inconsistent messaging.

Inventive.AI solves these challenges by bringing structure, automation, and collaboration into one intelligent platform:

Centralized Knowledge Base: We now have a single, AI-powered library of vetted, reusable content that’s easy to search and update—eliminating duplication and guesswork.

 ### 31. Inventive AI Made Our RFP Workflow 10x More Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanchit G. | Proposal writer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

Inventive's RFP solution is incredibly well-integrated and intuitive. The platform helps streamline the entire proposal process—from discovery and prompt intake to final output. The highlights for us:

Prompt-level control: Each RFP input is treated atomically, making it easy to track, version, and validate responses.

Real-time collaboration: Our product, engineering, and BD teams can co-edit responses and inject tailored messaging aligned with the prospect’s goals.

Template intelligence: Inventive learns from prior RFPs and recommends boilerplate language and winning phrases with high precision.

Programmatic review: We can trigger automated LLM reviews of technical accuracy, tone, and competitiveness before submission.

Auditability: Every step is logged, so reviewers can trace decisions—crucial for compliance-heavy deals.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

Very little so far, but if anything:

We'd love deeper CRM integrations, e.g., bi-directional syncing with Salesforce opportunity records.

The AI model explainability layer could be improved—sometimes we get excellent outputs but can't trace the rationale behind token decisions in auto-responses.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventive AI is helping us eliminate the chaos, duplication, and delays that traditionally plagued our RFP and security questionnaire process.

Before using Inventive AI, every new RFP felt like starting from scratch. Content was scattered across old docs, internal wikis, and Slack threads. It took days to align with engineering and product on accurate, up-to-date responses—and last-minute edits often introduced risk or inconsistency.

Inventive AI solves this by bringing structure, intelligence, and automation to our RFP workflow:

Reusable knowledge base: We now have a centralised, AI-searchable library of pre-approved answers, technical language, and compliance details that updates as we go—no more reinventing the wheel.

Automated response generation: Inventive uses our past RFPs and internal knowledge to auto-generate first drafts that are highly accurate and on-brand, saving hours per submission.

Cross-functional coordination: The platform makes it seamless for product, sales, and engineering to collaborate asynchronously—no more chasing answers or running endless review cycles.

Governance and versioning: Every edit is tracked, reviewed, and auditable, which is a huge win for compliance-heavy customers.

Since adopting Inventive.AI, we've cut our RFP turnaround time by over 50%, increased our submission volume, and significantly improved internal morale around what used to be a painful, high-friction process.

 ### 32. A Game-Changer for Scaling Technical Pre-Sales with Speed and Consistency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan B. | Vice President of Global solutions Consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

It drafts first responses to RFPs and security questionnaires quickly using our existing content from G-Drive and Slack. It’s also helped us keep things consistent across different regional teams.

Inventive AI has been a game changer for productivity on our team. My team of solutions consultants has done over 80 projects with Inventive so far and has reduce the time to respond by over 60% in some cases. My team has been able to spend more time being strategic and is now able to spend more time in higher-value solutioning. Highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

While the core functionality is strong, I’d love to see more analytics and dashboards for management users.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a high volume of repetitive RFPs and scattered documentation across systems. Inventive helped streamline the process and brought everything into one place.

 ### 33. AI-Powered RFP Automation That Scales with Precision

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

Inventive consistently delivers accurate, context-rich responses that align perfectly with our company’s tone, messaging, and compliance requirements. The AI goes beyond keyword matching and understands the full context of each question, It sources the latest approved content from our connected repositories such as Google Drive, Confluence, and OneDrive, so we never have to worry about outdated materials. Its real-time conflict detection flags inconsistencies before they make it into our final drafts, and the first drafts it produces often require little to no SME intervention. This has dramatically improved both speed and quality.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

While the platform is incredibly powerful, the reporting and analytics features could offer more customizable filters and visual dashboards for tracking adoption and usage across teams.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventive has fundamentally transformed how we manage, access, and utilize our organizational knowledge for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other client-facing deliverables. Before its implementation, our content was scattered across multiple repositories Google Drive, Confluence, OneDrive, and even individual desktops making it difficult to locate the most accurate and up-to-date version of a response. This fragmented approach often led to duplication, version control issues, and inconsistencies in tone, messaging, and compliance.

With Inventive, all of our content is centralized into a unified, intelligent workspace. The platform integrates directly with our existing tools, ensuring we have real-time access to the most current approved content without having to maintain a separate static knowledge base. This consolidation eliminates redundancy, reduces the risk of outdated information slipping into responses, and provides a single source of truth for all contributors.

One of the most transformative features is contextual AI generation. Instead of pulling generic answers, the AI understands the full scope and nuance of each question—including technical depth, regulatory implications, and tone requirements and generates a high-quality first draft tailored to the request. This drastically reduces the dependency on subject matter experts for initial drafting. SMEs are now primarily focused on strategic review rather than repetitive content creation, freeing their time for higher-value initiatives.

The platform’s real-time conflict detection ensures that potential inconsistencies are identified and addressed before submission. Whether it’s conflicting technical specifications, outdated policy references, or mismatched terminology, Inventive flags the issues early, which improves both efficiency and the accuracy of our submissions.

 ### 34. Powerful AI product for questionnaire responses! Saves us a lot of time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himaanshu G. | Senior Technical Program Manager, Payments, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

Our team has been impressed by the capabilities and the product is saving a lot of time. We get a ton of payments questionnaires and several teams scramble to respond to them (partner management, product, eng, & more). With Inventive, we were able to have a single repo for content (love their integrations) and our time savings have been over 75% per questionnaire. The contextual responses and content management agents have been generally very impressive. The product is easy to use and implementation was fast and easy.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

The dashboarding capability is limited right now for senior stakeholders but seems like it's part of their roadmap.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do a lot of payment questionnaires for our partners that are related to compliance & security.

It’s the first tool we've used that can handle the full spectrum of RFP response formats from structured SEQ-Qs and DDQs to free-form, narrative-style proposals. No need to juggle tools or formats anymore everything stays in one flow, and the responses are top-tier.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

The long-form editing experience has room to become even more intuitive, but it already works well and keeps getting smoother with updates.

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines every type of buyer request we get. Whether it’s a compliance-heavy DDQ or a strategic RFP, Inventive handles it with precision. It’s massively reduced the manual effort needed to juggle formats and improved consistency across all outputs.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

Inventive’s Context Engine is hands down the most impressive part — it understands the nuance in our RFP documents and tailors responses with clarity and depth. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

We've significantly reduced our response time and resource allocation by utilizing Inventive. We are also winning more RFPs and being down selected at a much higher rate.

The tool has a clean, simple UI that's easy for all users to understand. Our implementation process was fast, especially given the collaboration between our team and Inventive's support.

All of this happens due to Inventive's ability to:
- Create descriptive, detailed answers in minutes
- Provide adhoc responses with the "Knowledge Agent" improving responses in email, outside of RFPs
- Build our personal knowledge with citations for answer reference human QA
- Simple integration to our Knowledge Hub, internal data, and past RFPs to build the AI
- Assignment of sections and questions to relevant individuals
- Project tracking to understand our progress and stakeholders across multiple RFPs at a glance

Inventive is a tool in our kit that we use daily. We're able to deliver better RFP responses at a higher rate than ever before. Without Inventive, we'd be stuck in the stone ages with our RFP process.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

- Multiple options when answers are generated, allowing us to select the best one
- Email notifications to help larger projects stay on track
- "In line" edits to massage certain parts of an answer rather than the entire answer

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventive removes guess work when positioning our solution to prospects in the RFP process. It answers complex and difficult RFP questions at scale, without removing nuanced relevance to each unique RFP. Since utilizing Inventive with a repository of quality, detailed answers, our team we can focus on higher value tasks and initiatives across the company while not compromising deal pipeline.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Inventive.AI?**

The Context Engine is a game-changer in the RFP response process. It doesn’t just scan the document it deeply understands the structure, requirements, tone, and intent behind each question. It intelligently interprets what the requester is truly asking for, even when it's not explicitly stated. By tapping into our internal knowledge base including past proposals, subject matter expertise, product documentation, and brand guidelines it crafts tailored, on-brand responses that reflect our company’s voice and values. The result is highly contextual answers generated with speed and accuracy, saving hours of manual work and elevating the quality of every proposal we submit.

**What do you dislike about Inventive.AI?**

**What problems is Inventive.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventive is solving some of the biggest pain points in the RFP response process time, accuracy, and consistency.

Before using Inventive, responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires was a manual, time-consuming process. Teams had to search across multiple documents, loop in SMEs for repetitive questions, and piece together content from outdated templates. It slowed down sales cycles, introduced errors, and burned out proposal and sales teams.

Inventive changes that. With its AI-powered automation, it reads and understands each RFP, matches questions with accurate, pre-approved content from our knowledge base, and generates contextual, on-brand responses in minutes. It even captures tone and intent, so the responses feel human, not robotic.

The benefits have been massive:

We’re submitting more proposals without growing the team.

SMEs are less burdened with repetitive tasks.

Responses are consistent, well-written, and aligned with our messaging.

Inventive has turned RFPs from a bottleneck into a competitive advantage.
