Honestly, I didn’t think a tool like this existed. I was so used to the idea that you have to maintain a knowledge base constantly updating answers, tagging content, and cleaning things up so it doesn’t become outdated. Inventive AI completely changed that for me.

The biggest thing that stood out to me is the quality and context awareness of the responses. I’ve used other AI tools where you still end up rewriting a lot of what it generates. The performance is strong. It generates relevant first drafts that are actually usable, not just generic filler. I can quickly tailor responses to match each customer’s requirements, which saves a lot of time.
