What do you like best about Inventive.AI?

Honestly, I didn’t think a tool like this existed. I was so used to the idea that you have to maintain a knowledge base constantly updating answers, tagging content, and cleaning things up so it doesn’t become outdated. Inventive AI completely changed that for me.

What blew me away is that you don’t really need to manage a knowledge library anymore. The AI just understands your content wherever it lives and generates really strong, complete answers on its own. It feels like it actually “gets it” instead of just pulling snippets from a database.

A lot of the time, the responses it generates are so well-written and accurate that we don’t even edit them. That’s something I never expected from any tool. It genuinely feels like having someone on the team whose only job is to instantly write high-quality responses.

It’s also a huge relief not having to constantly maintain and organize content. That used to take a lot of time and still wasn’t perfect. Now, we just trust the AI to do the heavy lifting, and it does it really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Inventive.AI?

The AI response quality in Inventive is genuinely unmatched and in many cases, it’s better than

what a human would write. It doesn’t just retrieve content; it understands context, intent, and

nuance, then generates responses that are clear, complete, and professionally worded.

What impressed me most is how consistently the AI produces answers that are not only

accurate but also well-structured and aligned with our company’s tone. In many cases, we’ve

found ourselves using the AI-generated response as-is, without needing edits. That’s something

I haven’t experienced with any other tool.

It feels less like automation and more like having a highly skilled subject matter expert instantly

available. Compared to other platforms, Inventive AI stands in a completely different league

Inventive addresses the core pain points of enterprise RFP teams: accuracy, context control, and consistency at scale. Response quality is materially better than other AI RFP tools we evaluated because it reasons across multiple source documents, understands nuances in questions, and maintains the correct tone and positioning. The conflict detection capability is particularly valuable it proactively flags inconsistencies across sources before responses go out. Despite handling complex enterprise content, the product is extremely easy to use. Proposal managers and SMEs were productive with minimal training, and the interface removes friction rather than adding another layer of process. The biggest benefit is how fast we can generate high-quality responses. Previously we spent a lot of time searching through past documents and piecing together answers. With Inventive, we can generate structured responses in seconds using context from our internal docs. The responses are surprisingly relevant and usually require only minor edits. The Context Engine makes a big difference because it pulls from sources like Google Drive, SharePoint, or internal documentation, so answers feel aligned with our messaging rather than generic AI output. I also appreciate how the system can flag conflicting information across sources, which helps avoid using outdated responses. What do you like best about Inventive.AI?

The biggest thing that stood out to me is the quality and context awareness of the responses. I’ve used other AI tools where you still end up rewriting a lot of what it generates. With Inventive, the responses often feel like they were written by someone who actually understands the context of the business and the question being asked. The Context Engine makes a big difference because it pulls from relevant documents, project instructions, and tone/voice guidelines, so the responses are not generic. When responding to RFP questions or long questionnaires, the answers come out structured, detailed, and aligned with our messaging. I’ve had multiple moments where I pasted a complex question and the output was so good that I paused and thought “this is actually ready to use.” Another feature I appreciate is the conflict detection across sources. In large organizations, information tends to live in many documents and sometimes contradicts itself. Inventive flags those conflicts proactively so we don’t accidentally send outdated or inconsistent information in proposals. That alone saves a lot of time during review cycles. I also like how the platform helps generate long-form responses and one-pager style collateral, not just short answers. That’s really helpful when you’re trying to assemble proposal sections quickly. On top of that, the integrations with tools like Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, and Confluence make it easier to connect the knowledge sources we already use rather than forcing us to rebuild everything in a new system. Finally, the team behind Inventive is extremely responsive. Setup was surprisingly smooth and they are very open to feedback. There are a couple of areas where the product is still evolving. Analytics and management insights could be deeper — for example, understanding usage patterns, response effectiveness, or team productivity metrics would be useful for leadership. Some workflow controls like role-based access to resources could also be more advanced as teams scale. That said, these gaps haven’t impacted the core experience because the response generation itself is already very strong, and the team seems actively working on these areas. What do you like best about Inventive.AI?

The performance is strong. It generates relevant first drafts that are actually usable, not just generic filler. I can quickly tailor responses to match each customer’s requirements, which saves a lot of time.
