Change the names and positions of buttons, in my experience, to encourage you to click on their sales products rather than finish chores.

Support - In my perspective, their support personnel generally doesn't comprehend the QBO programme itself, fundamental reasoning, or accounting.

Terminology: Use "Debit" and "Credit" in addition to or instead of "increase" and "decrease." Stop coining new words to describe things that already have names.

Regardless of other accounting software it is very easy to use for Bookkeeping and accounting because it has very good display which i get used to it honestly, and other thing is that there is no such difficulty which users will be face and if so, then the customer support is very active and cooperative. Depending on the version you have it depends. Quickbooks Desktop feels very clunky and needs to update to a more user-friendly online version. Sharing Company files over networks is way too old school to being done in 2023. And the online version is a way less powerful and unforgiving version of Quick Books Desktop.
