You have to be very specific when naming customers, jobs, and invoice numbers. Lower case letters and uppercase letters can change your entire search. Maybe if that were a bit more inclusive it would even easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used as developer and the integration with any platform is very easy and helpful in the best fir for user to maintain their billing, accounting, invoicing.etc, customer support is also very good, you will get call after creating account to help you out taht is everything going good. What I like best is that it's collaborative. The collaborative properties are greatest in QuickBooks Online. A small business can automate several processes by connecting financial accounts to QuickBooks, making it easier for an accountant or bookkeeper to see what's happening with the business and its accounts and make adjustments, recommendations, and using the data for tax preparation and planning. I am not an accountant so software like this scares me. I really liked that it was very intuitive. There was almost no learning curve. It became too expensive for my limited uses so I tried a lower plan and then eventually switched to a different product. It isn't very easy way to get your data out (and into another system). The customer support is almost nonexistent. Trying to speak to a human is a Herculean task and when I do get in touch with one, it's pretty obvious they're speaking or writing from a script. It also loses connections with my bank randomly and no one can tell me why. QuickBooks simply integrates with so many apps and other software, making the full accounting process so seemingly easy. I've been working with QuickBooks for the past 5 years, and I would not even think of changing.

It may not always integrate correctly with Bank feeds and sometimes it may cause re-work.

There's no such thing as perfect, but I feel QuickBooks can improve that.

I have been and continue to use many of the accounting software for mid-sized and large firms. This software stand out as one of the best in suite for the small businessess.Record keeping of transaction is at ease and there are various preformatted reports for business use.
