The biggest downfall, and single biggest thing I dislike about QuickBooks, is that - because it's so accounting-focused and detailed (which is ultimately a great thing) - it's easy to make mistakes that can't be undone. One minor mistake can affect numerous other aspects of QuickBooks. So, if you have someone who isn't very experienced putting things in QuickBooks, there's a good chance they can mess a LOT up.
