What do you like best about Intrado Contact Center?

Cloud contact center is a great system to combine multiple functions in an easy to use system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intrado Contact Center?

The system is used for inbound and outgoing calls which is what our system uses it for and it sometimes the que cycles the customers through in an order that is not the order the calls were received Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intrado Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

it make it so that we dont have a lot of customers on hold and instead puts them into a que and they are cycled between people and offices to who can best serve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy the user interface is. It’s easy to navigate between leads and the info about the leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The site often freezes up, and crashes becoming unresponsive. I’ve noticed this usually happens on Firefox and Safari but it happens on Chrome sometimes as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
