I thought the Emerging Leaders training was very thorough. It was great to interact with peers at my level, but it would be great to have another session offered that included professionals at different levels to get their feedback and perspective. The ease with which everything flows, once our account is set up, it takes just one email to create profiles for our team members that kickstart their outplacement services. Not that we want to forget about our departing employees, but INTOO has the resources and experience to take them on to their next steps, which would not be appropriate for a former employer to do.

I liked that we were only invoiced when a departing employee contracted their services.
