What do you like best about INTOO?

I use INTOO for our company's outplacement services, and we've had a really good experience with the executive that we put through the program. He fully utilized all the services, which really helped him get to the next place. I would recommend INTOO to other employers, and we will continue to use INTOO for our outplacement services. They've been really good at keeping us updated on our employees' progress, which has been really helpful. We're also interested in using some of their learning tools for future learnings. I'm really pleased with how INTOO works for our executive placement; it's working really well and exceeded our expectations. Barb and Quinn have been great to work with, and the QBRs are great to keep us updated. I'm super satisfied with their offerings for our outplacement services. I would highly recommend INTOO. What do you like best about INTOO?

I appreciate INTOO's outplacement services, which have been incredibly beneficial in supporting exiting employees by smoothing their transition out of the business and assisting them in finding their next job. The support model is excellent as it protects the brand and makes the whole exit process less painful while providing a way forward for employees. I value their coaching, LinkedIn profile updates, and resume writing, as these services help employees positively reflect their experiences and bolster their confidence to re-enter the labor market. Additionally, I like their tiered support model that allows me to choose the right package for employees based on their tenure and seniority, which helps manage our investment and costs effectively. What do you like best about INTOO?

I appreciate INTOO's streamlined services for both us and our teammates, especially with their ability to offer outplacement to international teammates. Their holistic support approach during transitions is valuable, as it's not just about finding a new job but also supporting teammates in whatever path they're interested in exploring next. The individualized, personal coaching is critical, helping teammates secure higher-paying jobs and aiding with resume and LinkedIn navigation. The reporting feature is great as it shows leaders how the service is being utilized. Joy has been wonderful to work with, and I love the whole human approach that INTOO has. What do you like best about INTOO?

I appreciate how INTOO helps with our image by following up with candidates even if they're not selected, showing that we care about each candidate. The feedback from candidates using the resume building feature indicates they feel supported and enjoy the resources provided. I like seeing the platform's traffic flow as it confirms people are using it and that INTOO is working for our company. The implementation of the career building software has been impactful, helping us capture candidates who need a second chance. INTOO also has a great customer service team. Taylor Vigilante is amazing, being prompt with responses, professional, and personable. She allows us to ask repetitive questions as we have new users. I would change nothing about these services. What do you like best about INTOO?

I like INTOO's coaching services, which allow employees to go at their own pace and access everything online easily. They offer a good price for the service length, helping us provide employees a positive transition experience. INTOO's platform is really intuitive and very easy to use. I really appreciate the depth and breadth of services offered, including coaching, different modules, and free webinars that employees can choose from depending on their next steps, whether it's finding a job, starting a business, or retiring. I love that INTOO is very customer-focused and emphasizes a wide range of services and learning opportunities, including webinars and specific learning engagements for leadership and skill-building. What do you dislike about INTOO?

The back-end dashboard or reporting for the admin. They are making upgrades to it, and I'm really excited to see the new dashboard and be able to get some additional reporting and insights. What do you like best about INTOO?

I really appreciate that INTOO has been an excellent resource for our organization, Free World, providing great support during challenging times. The outplacement services for our former employees are incredibly beneficial, offering them a soft place to land with resources for resume building and career development. I got really good feedback, and it was reassuring that many have been happy with the service. The six months until fill option offered by INTOO was the best deal and service for our former employees, making it easier for them to transition to new careers. I find the direct career coach support to be particularly helpful, as it offers our staff personalized assistance and online training for career enhancement. Furthermore, the HR-specific trainings are very engaging and useful, helping me maintain best practices and implement effective strategies within Free World. The overall service, including ease of communication and straightforward billing, has been very rewarding. I also value INTOO’s ability to provide services, regardless of geographical location, which has been crucial for our staff's diverse needs. What do you like best about INTOO?

I really like the career placement services from INTOO. They are very valuable, especially when it comes to helping someone with their next career opportunity. I appreciate the career coaching and how they help get resumes in good shape and LinkedIn profiles in great shape. The interview skills coaching is also extremely valuable. I love how speedy the career agents are at setting up calls with former employees. They're very quick, often within twenty-four to forty-eight hours, which I find really responsive. When I make a referral, they're quick to get back to me, so I'm really happy with their responsiveness. I've been really happy with the experience overall, and I honestly wouldn't change anything. What do you like best about INTOO?

What I like most about INTOO is that it provides employees with real, practical support during a difficult transition. Access to career coaching, résumé and interview guidance, and job-search resources helps people feel less alone as they work toward their next role. What do you dislike about INTOO?

The main limitation is visibility. Because employees use the platform independently after they leave the organization, it’s difficult to get a complete picture of how each person is engaging with the tools or what the overall outcomes are. Their portal offers so many resources for those in career transition. For those who may be nervous about speaking with a career coach (or may not be in the best place mentally to do so), it’s great to see such a plethora of resources to take advantage of.
