my website went down a few months ago while hosting with them and was down for almost 3 days. i contacted them and they said its a server side error and they will get it fixed in a few hours. well after the server went up i lost all my data including emails and website data. comparing to other popular services in the market, the interface isn't the most appealing out there. I like that is has plenty of options on their server. I have had good support and I have used it with my wordpress site. Softaculous is on it and works really well to host wordpress blogs etc. The price I got this hosting for remains the same forever. I've taken the shared hosting plan, which includes nine websites. Every alternate day either all websites are temporarily down or taking too much time to load (sometimes 46 seconds). Every time you have to chat with them and tell them the whole scenario repeatedly, then in 1-3 hours, your website will be up. If you have that much time to waste, please go ahead and ruin your business.
