a few months ago suddenly my website went down due to issues on the server and contacted the support. they reply the servers are damaged and the website will be up and running in 24 hours. after that, the hosting went live but lost all the data and emails associated with the domain, really frustrating. the interface is simple but isn't looking great comparing to other services. the payment gateway frequently ran into errors when i tried to pay though my card which got denied fr no reason at all. I like that is has plenty of options on their server. I have had good support and I have used it with my wordpress site. Softaculous is on it and works really well to host wordpress blogs etc. The price I got this hosting for remains the same forever. I've taken the shared hosting plan, which includes nine websites. Every alternate day either all websites are temporarily down or taking too much time to load (sometimes 46 seconds). Every time you have to chat with them and tell them the whole scenario repeatedly, then in 1-3 hours, your website will be up. If you have that much time to waste, please go ahead and ruin your business. I like the attitude that they have for security concerns. It's rare to see any web hosting providers out there take security so seriously. And, server is reliable too.
