What do you like best about Interact?

I like that Interact is incredibly user friendly and that they are always trying to keep ahead of the curve, never standing still with their development. This allows us to keep making improvements to help our colleagues find things quicker and get valuable time back to spend with the people we support. What do you dislike about Interact?

I don't like the outdated designs and functionality of Forms in Interact. Also, the Pulse feature lacks development and functionality, especially as it is our preferred option for pop-ups on site. It's way behind Survey Monkey in terms of capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Interact?

I like that Interact provides a purpose-built platform for internal communications, so everything is in one place. It's a comms hub that staff can use to easily find relevant info for their work and share themselves independently. I like the fact that we can run and customize it from the comms team without needing IT support. I enjoy its good, modern look and appreciate that there are so many features to try out. What do you like best about Interact?

I appreciate the stellar support we receive from Interact. The ease of use is a big plus as it allows us to delegate content management throughout the business without needing HTML or CSS knowledge. Interact provides a comprehensive internal communications platform which is critical for our daily operations as a mostly remote workforce. It gives us a place where employees can turn to for current and reliable information, which is crucial. I appreciate the calendar functionality that helps keep us all connected in a digital environment. I also like that Interact is integrated with MS Teams and Office SharePoint. What do you like best about Interact?

I find Interact easy to use, which is great for creating beautiful pages. We love the newsletters we can create for our employees, which help us reach them weekly with updates from our CEO. I like that Interact is easy to use and looks good as a user. The peer-to-peer recognition program is well used and runs easily. I also appreciate the many features we can embed in the page, like the way video displays or expanding sections. The initial setup was straightforward, and the support team was a big help.
