We used both The Virtual Venue and Intelligo for two events in January and also used Intelligo with an alternative studio option. They were able to work seamlessly on both occasions and the team were always able to go above and beyond to make sure our clients event looked clean and professional. The team were all friendly and approachable and looked after our client brilliantly.

It is hard to fault the team however I would say that on occasion it felt like the team were stretched thinly and unable to reply to questions as quickly as they would usually. Nothing yet... what I look for is an obvious flow, so that a platform is straightforward for an end user who isn't technically savvy. The platform is easy to use and very quick to respond when navigating removing the uncertainty of the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
