What do you like best about Intellicus?

1. Intellicus has been helpful with smartview feature which are easy to load and better data restriction with parameter application.

2. Users faced ease with the heavy data reports that we present as adhoc and smartviews specifically since 23.1 update.

3. once set up is done for pixel perfect, the report output is pleasent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intellicus?

1. pixel perfect reports take time to build and are much complex to put efforts.

2. users have faced access issues (access for role and parameter was given still no data was showing)

3. after each update we have to ask the team of 100+ people to clear cache which is a cumbersome process).

4. In a lot of cases the customer support does not respond imediately and thus strenous effort needs to be put in that area.

5. It's advanced analytics features are less comprehensive compared to other predictive tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Loading heavy data reports by scheduled builds which help load and view the report faster.

When we initiated Intellicus into our workflows, our main concern was the lack of accessibility to insights for all our agents and managers. Analysis was taking longer than we needed, delaying the operations. Intellicus’ team addressed all these challenges with exceptional responsiveness and flexibility. They not only solved our BI and analytics challenges but also provided a single-stop platform for intuitive data visualizations, mobile-embedded BI, price-performant querying and enterprise-grade security—without any glitches or roadblocks. They are adept troubleshooters and have a deep understanding of the product to deliver the best solutions every time. The team assisted us in automating our reports, reducing manual intervention.
