Intelex makes it easy to report incident/accidents, run various reports, and to identify trends. A key feature is single-sign-on which makes it easy for all staff to log on/access/enter information.
Intelex also offers the ability to add and assign corrective/preventive actions. This is especially helpful for our facilities team. As an example, if a slip, trip, or fall was caused by a loose carpet tile, an action can be assigned to replace the tile. Additionally, this makes it easy to suggest or require refresher or corrective training for employees. As an example, you can assign your Facilities Manager to provide training on the use of wet floor signs to ensure they are placed and removed from areas at appropriate times.
