Support can be challenging to work with when located in different time zones/geographies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My experience is mostly in the ESG - Corporate Reporting application, so I'm going to stick to reviewing that. The system is highly configurable if that is what you are looking for. The defined workflow is smooth and provides the opportunity multi-layer data verification. The automated emails to remind users about deadlines and keep them on task are really helpful. It's so nice to not have to think about constantly reminding people to engage with the platform. The data entry is pretty straight-forward and user-friendly. Everyone we deal with at Intelex is professional and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My experience is mostly in the ESG - Corporate Reporting application, so I'm going to stick to reviewing that. As a general rule, for the administrator, the platform isn't very intuitive. However once you do figure it out, it all starts to make sense. The problem with that is that as an administrator, you want to be able to contribute heavily to the configuration process, but without the necessary understanding of the system, it's really difficult to make sure the system is what you want it to be. Once the system is set up and configured, you (understandably) have to pay to make changes. If there weren't such a learning curve, it would be a lot easier to make the system what you want it to be from the get-go.
I find that customer service and the ticketing system is hit or miss. Everyone is pleasant enough, but solutions can be slow. Even worse, there's often a barrier to the people you really need to talk to. Every account has a "Customer Success Manager" (CSM). The CSM is your go-between for any support you may need beyond the ticketing system (which handles small technical issues). While they have all been very kind and easy to work with, they also never seem to know what to do. I don 't think this is their fault, but they're a buffer between the customer and the people who do the actual work of fixing a problem. Beyond that, they're always trying to sell you Consulting on Demand (COD) hours. If you need to make any changes, this is the only solution. It wouldn't be horrible except for the fact that you must buy the hours in packages of 10, and if you don't use the hours in a year, you lose them. I think that is a terrible business-model and it really turns me off as a customer. My company refuses this and uses an outside consultant instead, which I think is a missed opportunity for Intelex. The user interface is clear and allows for integration with Intelex ACTS which is already implemented for many oil and gas companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were looking to use intelex. We had started with all the data collection. The general overview and the user friendliness was the best looking feature. Also general overview/design was nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I missed the offline fill in option which back then another platform did provide.
this option would allow the user to fill in a form ofline and later upload it and then the file would synchronize autoatically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can easily use the intelex mobile app for reporting my observations onsite and quickly email my line manager if I see unsafe conditions. It is also useful when demonstrating my commitment to safety to other employees in my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The commentary drive app is to rigid and does not always reflect to ability of the driver or the issues you can encounter while driving, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
