IntakeQ provides a simple solution to client forms and notes in a field full of complex and over-featured practice management software. It's easy to create intake forms that clients can complete online, and the option to attach disclosures and other legal documents for digital signature is a great feature that simplifies the intake process even more. Once the client is in the system, IntakeQ makes it very easy to update each client's timeline with notes and other documents. Form and notes templates are simple to create.
