The fact that participants don't get a crippled environment to learn technical skills, but get the real thing (Instruqt does this through Docker containers or virtual machines). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it's hard to create the checks to see if a student/user passed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very ease to use and get up to speed with no vendor lock-in as it uses standards (Markdown, YAML, bash)
The user interface is quite efficient and easy
Company support is awesome (commercial discussions are kind and not pushy)
Helps a lot on creating new content, even some we didn't think about
The CLI does the job Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would be nice to be able to run it in the infrastrucure of our choice (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, on-prem data center) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Instruqt allows us to quickly and easily create labs for various use cases. These include labs for self-learning, guided trainings, demos or even proof-of-concepts. During the evaluation of other competing products, it quickly became clear that this number of use cases is only possible with Instruqt.
In addition to the wide range of use cases, it was the only provider that understood GitOps. We create and maintain all labs with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and version them in Git. The integration feels very natural. Maintaining the labs with IaC in Git has the great advantage that they are versioned, we reuse the same components between different labs and thus all labs can be updated to the latest software version very easily. But that's not all - thanks to automated tests, we can also ensure that the labs are not broken by the update.
To quickly create a lab without writing code, you can also click together and configure everything in the user interface.
We currently use Instruqt to start a Kubernetes environment and deploy the workload. It works great. During the evaluation, we checked whether classic virtual machines can also be started, which have individual software on them (no standard linux). And yes, the test was successful. We can imagine expanding our labs for this purpose in the future.
From a business perspective, Instruqt is also a very interesting solution. On the one hand, we don't need any knowledge of a hyper scaler (AWS, Azure, GCP, ...) and can concentrate our know-how on our labs. In addition, we can see who (if this information is requested), when and how often the labs have been carried out. This gives us new opportunities to learn about our users and potential customers. Almost nothing, actually. I see potential for improvement in sharing the roadmap a little more actively and openly. We would also like an easier way to define custom images with IaC (Infrastructure as Code). This feature is not yet available. However, we have been told that it will be available next year. The IaC approach is also very important to the company, which you can feel when using it. I am therefore confident and hope that the feature will appear at the beginning of next year. Instruqt is easy to get started with, their CLI and UI provide a great way to get started quickly with building out content and lab material. It's simple to provide specific environments in which participants can do their hands-on labs. Any questions are swiftly answered on their Slack channels. Overall a great experience. There are some features that could improve ease of use for content builders, but these are roadmapped and are definitely not show-stoppers from using the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The possibility to create lab challenges result in giving a student a clear goal to achieve. It provides more possibilities compared to the standard labs environment, which improves the learning experience.
Been using it now for multiple years with satisfaction of our (training) customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't experienced any negative points till this point. The possibilities are endless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a well thought out, commercial alternative of interactive learning platforms. There are others out there but this one is the best I've seen so far. They make it very easy to implement learning solutions for your customers, particularly if you have a somewhat complex environment to integrate with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Be prepared for it to take off within your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the user: quick to understand what's going on and clear environment
For the builder: lot of automation capabilities, great experience as a dev since you can use your day-to-day tools to manage all aspects.
You can integrate the solution with hubspot and other marketing tools easily.
Great customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not cheap! ROI depends on your ability to attract people to your labs of course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great UX that is far better than others I have seen and used. The interactive lab portal is the best of its kind that I have come across for training. I have used Instruqt as an instructor for workshops and taken workshops and used it as a participant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no complaints at this time other than better organization of the initial UI loading with the amount of courses for instructors being a bit clunky. Would be better if this can be organized by product, but maybe that is something my company's admins haven't enabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the easiness of use. It's very easy to use and the options are user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it's not dislike, but in one of my labs, I wanted to embed an api client such as postman. it's not possible for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s an excellent platform for experimenting with new ideas. I’ve personally explored different technology stacks and developed courses on Instruqt. The platform is highly enriching for product teams, allowing them to showcase their technology and create engaging user experiences. It can also be easily integrated with the websites. I felt that creating the courses here was difficult and more documentation might be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
