Instrument Studio Overview

What is Instrument Studio?

InstrumentStudio is free application software that provides an integrated approach to interactive PXI measurements. InstrumentStudio enables you to unify your display, export instrument configurations to code, and monitor and debug your automated test system. You can view data on unified displays with large, high-resolution monitors, and then capture multi-instrument screenshots and measurement results. Save project-level configurations for easier test repeatability with specific DUTs, or export instrument configurations to programming environments to simplify your code and guarantee measurement correlation. You can use InstrumentStudio in parallel with your code to monitor and debug running test applications.

What do you like best about Instrument Studio?

InstrumentStudio has two big plus points. Firstly, it has a very diverse range of visualization; it is capable of monitoring and interpreting results/signals from various kinds of instruments or technical appendages across an industrial system. Secondly, its customer support from the National Instruments Corp appears to be highly agile and responsive, ready to help for better use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instrument Studio?

The biggest difficulty with handling InstrumentStudio is that it may slow down your computer. On an average workstation, it may take up about 60% of your CPU usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Instrument Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?

InstrumentStudio has the capability to simultaneously visualize several instrumentation and measurement systems or scenarios at one place in a diverse but integrated PXI environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Software for complex engineering, testing, and operational procedures. At Epsilon3, we modernize space missions and complex engineering and testing by building the industry standard of operational software. We are a team of engineering and design leaders from Northrop, Google, and SpaceX, where we ran operations first-hand to bring American astronauts to the ISS. Current mission tools are neglected in a program lifecycle, creating inefficiency, errors, and added costs over the course of a project. Epsilon3 arms operators with the best possible tools throughout an entire project’s lifecycle, which result in 10X more efficiency and operator-friendliness.
