What is Process Runner?

Process Runner is a data management software that helps businesses in IT, manufacturing, supply chain, and other sectors automate SAP transactions using Microsoft Excel. The platform enables managers to manage data processing operations across various SAP modules including finance and cost controlling (FICO), materials management, quality management, and more. Administrators can execute various SAP transaction codes (t-codes), GUI scripting, and business APIs to manage data on a unified interface. Process Runner allows teams to automatically handle inquiries, quotations, sales orders, journal entries, and purchase requisitions using built-in templates. It also offers a Microsoft Excel plug-in, enabling IT professionals to create and modify data from SAP applications in spreadsheets. Process Runner lets businesses schedule tasks, manage large accounting documents, and process various errors in a centralized dashboard. Employees can also transform, migrate, and secure data in compliance with governance protocols to prevent accidental damages.

What do you like best about Process Runner?

It does what we expect from the tool, mainly uploading mass data to our SAP system. A lot of recordings are available, which makes it easy to use the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Runner?

When you change the mapping in this, it doesn't auto-update the Excel file, which can lead to mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
