"Effortless SOC Automation with Powerful AI Features"
What do you like best about Tines?

I like how Tines helps us automate various SOC processes such as creating tickets in Jira for alerts and automatically updating Jira with probable solutions using the AI features. Tines University is a good place to learn about Tines and its features from basic to advanced, and it's free of cost. This makes it easy for anyone new to Tines to learn and get certified. The AI features are handy for workflow creations and they help us build workflows quickly. They also assist us in understanding many features if we are stuck, including help with formulas and actions. The initial setup was easy, just a few clicks, and we had our tenants ready. We could easily manage the tenants, users, and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

Testing individual steps can be challenging sometimes and it doesn't have the RAG feature. When trying to debug in Tines, especially with complex workflows, navigating through events of each action becomes difficult and mapping the flow event for action is challenging. "Easy to Use, Powerful AI Agent Features"
What do you like best about Tines?

Tines is really easy to use. I also appreciate how quickly they rolled out AI features, and it’s been genuinely useful for our organization. In particular, we’ve gotten a lot of value from the AI Agent features and the AI-powered formula generation.

Tines also has a great support team. We typically hear back within a few hours, and they’re receptive to feature requests, which makes a big difference.

Integrations with tools like Crowdstrike, Jira, Qualys, GCP, AWS, etc., work beautifully and have been smooth to set up and use.

I have never had any issues with performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

None at the moment, but I’d like to share some feedback: Tines’ AI formula generation doesn’t work sometimems. Story Copilot also has a few minor bugs, and I’m hoping it improves in the future.

Also would like to have a RAG feature in Tines AI Agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tines:A Game-Changer for Security Automation with Cutting-Edge AI"
What do you like best about Tines?

Tines is a powerhouse for security automation. We use it to bridge Microsoft Graph with threat intel sources like VirusTotal and AbuseIPDB for automated alerting. The UI/UX is incredibly polished, making it one of the most user-friendly no-code/low-code tools I’ve worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

There is room for improvement in the AI formula assistant, as it doesn't always hit the mark. The Story Copilot could also use some polishing to iron out small bugs. I'm looking forward to more advanced AI features, specifically a RAG implementation for the Agent action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automation with Room for Workflow Improvement"
What do you like best about Tines?

I use Tines for automating security workflows and incident response processes, helping connect tools and similar repetitive tasks with no-code automation. I appreciate the flexibility for security workflows, which is especially popular in a security operation center (SOC) team because it can connect alternative tools and responses into an automatic workflow. I also like mixing automation with human judgment, making the process more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

I think Tines can get complex to manage at scale. It requires solid technical steps for an advanced workflow. There's room for improvement with better modular reuse, clearer debugging flow, tracing, stronger version control, and a more structured way to organize larger workflows. Also, while the initial setup is generally quick, integration and workflow take more effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable platform for security workflow automation"
What do you like best about Tines?

Tines is easy to use once you get familiar with it and helps automate repetitive tasks in our daily BAU activities. It integrates well with tools like CrowdStrike and Qualys, making implementation smooth. We use it regularly, and it saves a lot of time with its flexible workflows and wide range of features. Customer support is also responsive and helpful when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

The initial setup and learning curve can be a bit challenging, especially when working with complex workflows and multiple integrations. While it becomes easier with regular use, troubleshooting issues can still take time. Also, with so many features available, it can feel slightly overwhelming at the beginning. "Revolutionized Our Intune Workflows with No-Code Automation"
What do you like best about Tines?

I use Tines to automate repetitive workflows and improve security response times, which is really helpful. I like that it allows for no-code automation of complex endpoint and security workflows across MS Intune and MS Graph without relying heavily on PowerShell scripting. This feature directly removes the biggest friction in an Intune admin's day-to-day work, such as manual efforts and fragile scripting. Tines helps me by automatically detecting issues like device compliance and threat detection, saving a lot of time and reducing repetitive Intune tasks. Additionally, the initial setup experience was excellent, I'd rate it a 9 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

It can add more native, out-of-the-box integration & pre-built workflows, especially for MS Intune & Graph to reduce reliance on custom API configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automates Our Workflow with Ease, But Needs Better Debugging"
What do you like best about Tines?

I use Tines to automate high-stakes processes in security, IT, and engineering, and it really boosts efficiency by eliminating repetitive manual tasks. I love how it connects our siloed tools, letting us focus on high-impact strategy instead of constant data entry. The platform’s no-code storyboard is fantastic because it allows us to deploy complex security workflows quickly, in hours instead of weeks, which drastically reduces our incident response times and saves us hours every week. Tines is incredibly flexible since it’s vendor-agnostic and connects to any REST API, which is invaluable as it enables us to build sophisticated automations without needing a dedicated team of developers. The best part about Tines is the no-code storyboard, making building complex automations as simple as drawing a flowchart. I particularly value Tines Pages for easily adding 'human-in-the-loop' approvals and the AI Agent actions that smartly handle unpredictable data. The initial setup is quick and lightweight as Tines is a cloud-based platform, and using pre-built templates from the Story Library makes it easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

The learning curve for complex data transformations can be steep if you aren't familiar with APIs. Additionally, debugging large workflows is sometimes difficult, and the built-in reporting dashboards feel a bit basic for tracking deep metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful SOC Automation That Streamlines Jira Ticket Delivery"
What do you like best about Tines?

We can automate even complex tasks in SOC and vulnerability management. I created an automation in Tines for Jira ticket delivery, so tickets are delivered from Axonius to Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

We have licensing based on event count, which limits our processes. When we created a Tines story for ticket delivery, it ended up exceeding the daily limit, so we had to split that same story into three separate stories. That’s the main area where Tines could improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Automation for Security Workflows"
What do you like best about Tines?

I use Tines to automate security and IT workflows that would otherwise be repetitive and manual. I really like its flexibility and how well it handles real multi-step workflows. It's powerful enough to automate complex processes across different tools but still practical for day-to-day operational use. It helps reduce manual work and improves consistency, especially for building workflows around incident response, phishing investigations, user access tasks, and general operational processes where speed and consistency matter. I find it valuable because it makes workflows easier to adapt as processes evolve, and it saves a lot of time. The initial setup was fairly straightforward overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

One area where Tines could improve is in managing very complex workflows since larger automations can become harder to organize and maintain over time. I think there is room to make troubleshooting and visibility even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saver with Seamless Automatio"
What do you like best about Tines?

I like Tines for its easy-to-use visual interface, which allows me to create workflows quickly without heavy coding. The platform is highly flexible, letting me customize workflows according to specific needs. I appreciate the seamless integration capabilities via APIs, connecting multiple tools into a single automated flow. It's also valuable in automating repetitive tasks, saving time, reducing manual effort, and improving overall efficiency. The initial setup was smooth, especially for basic use cases, thanks to the intuitive visual drag-and-drop interface and pre-built templates. Additionally, Tines helped us transition from less flexible automation solutions by centralizing our workflows and reducing manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

Provide more beginner friendly tutorials and guided templates. Simplify debugging tools and error visibility. Offer more flexible pricing options for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
