What do you dislike about Insighting?

While Insighting is very helpful, I think it could improve how users compare data across time periods. If it let users customize and compare specific time periods more easily, it would be even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insighting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insighting helps us understand customer behavior, like when they stop buying certain products, and gives actionable recommendations for upselling. What do you like best about Insighting?

Insighting is a very intuative platfrom to work with. It allows us to discover opportunities to inrease the revenue from our customer with the need to do any analysis. The customer suppot is fantastic. There are many features and we use it almost everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insighting?

Overall we enjoy it a lot, we are missing a feature for gross margin insights but I understand it is in development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insighting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Identifies sales opportunities and send it automatically to our sales reps - it does everything without any work from my side as the VP sales in the company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
