I find the platform really well set up. Being able to view a full brief ahead of time is critical for me before saying my rate and find that most other platforms don't do that. Additionally, I really like the chat option directly with the brand as opposed to just sending formal forms back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were ways to filter my offers better. Alot of the time I get brands that aren't willing to pay even close to my rate and it's frustrating to have them constantly pop up. Insense allows brands like us to easily access thousands of influencers that are willing to create content for us. Creating campaigns gains us the opportunity to control things such as budget which is important to us. We have the flexibility to view influencers all in one portal from all different social media platforms which cut down the time to source influencers traditionally. I don't like that the briefs go through a manual review process. Also, how you pay (insense) before the creators send a draft. We've had some creators agree to do the brief then never deliver on it so we have to work through refunds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the influencers apply to work with us (brands). It saves me time inviting influencers to campaigns, knowing that whoever applies is interested.

I liked that we had a customer service rep who was very supportive. I also like the gifting campaigns feature and that the influencers and content creators come to you without you having to do a lot of outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were glitches in the app (although customer service took care of this but it happened twice), Deadlines aren't strictly followed by a lot of content creators and it would be great if insense could take more of a stance with this to make sure their pool of content creators are following through on deadlines or taking it more seriously when content creators who get free products and then ghost brands and don't provide any content. I think their could be better types of briefs sometimes it was hard to customize the brief to exactly what you need although our customer support rep helped us a lot here.
