I really like the fact that the platform provides a convenient interface for interacting with creators. It is also very convenient that I can see statistics for each creator, which is not provided by tiktok or instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like not being able to follow deadlines. You set a deadline, but you can't be sure if the creator will do the work in that time.

It's great to be able to find and connect with influencers and creators in a flexible way that allows us to get a feel for the creator and the type of content they create, before actually having to hire and pay upfront. Sometimes it can be a struggle to 'sort' creators who are uninterested, or find messages without going to a certain brief. It would be helpful if there was an overall partnerships inbox, in which we didn't have to go into individual briefs to find what we are looking for. I have a great experience using Insense. UI's intuitive and easy to navigate. Searching for content creators and onboarding them for campaigns has never been this easy and definitely saved time going back and forth since all communications can be done on the platform. The platform was easy to use, we received amazing influencers quickly and both the platform and campaigns are affordable. Their support has also been great, from onboarding, and brief formation, to answering general questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint would be the egregious 10% fee to add money to the account. Either they need a new payment processor or they are looking to make money from the step up which is not a good look. It would be better if that fee is built in elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
