The platform is very easy to use and the creator network is huge. We were able to create brief, select creators and get content delivered within a week.
But overall it is very helpful to coordinate with the creators, share with them the requirements, send them payments etc.
For experienced or older creators, the platform also gives useful insights into their portfolio like Engagement rate, Audience group etc. which is very helpful in the creator selection process.
The support team is also very helpful and proactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The workflow of the product can be improved perhaps. Sometimes it is not very easy to locate the ongoing messages with creators and applicants.
It is also a bit manual to conduct background check on the creators' portfolio. It would be great if a feature like this can be incorporated. But apartment from that the platform meets all of our creator sourcing needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Simple interface/UI
-Range of creators, lots of great creators in the D2C space - seems like it's designed for product reviews, testimonials, etc
-Have all of the fields/functionality you'd need reducing time (ie. they supply you with a briefing template, top hooks, Dos & Dont's for creators, etc.)
-Account support has been top Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Not a lot of bilingual creators (in my case looking for French speakers)
-Bit hit or miss on nicher products (my company is in the mortgage space and a lot of creators stick to what you've written in the brief, vs putting their own twist on it) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
large creator pool, fast turn around time, easy to communicate and negotiate.
dedicated support team and can even scale to bigger projects with us.
dynamic pricing, we choose our own pricing range for the content, without the committment of contracts vs traditional influencer marketing
therefore we can get the most out of our content. some infuencer content do not perform well and we are still obligated to pay for the rights Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the platform UI is very buggy and laggy sometimes.
UX design can be improved, hard to navigate between the campaigns, briefs and messages.
every creator message goes straight to our inbox, no filter system, we should not see all the messages or creators that we did no accept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Insense provides a much needed service, connecting brands with UGC creators. As an agency this platform is critical to providing excellent creative resources to our clients.
The ability to access and run ads through a creators profile to a creators audience has been very beneficial to our clients and is really a hallmark that sets Insense apart from the other options out there.
The creators on the platform are professional and easy to work with. Most of the content we have received is very professional and hits the mark. Some falter here and there, but I attribute that to the prompts that we provide or our creator selection process still being refined.
I would highly recommend this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a newer product offering in the UGC space, there are some improvements to be made to workflows to streamline the process and save time. The good news is that the Insense team is constantly trying to improve their product and they are very communicative.
I would also like to see expanded creator categories in the future. Some markets are flooded with creators... (beauty, lifestyle, fashion, family) but others... (automotive, action sports, overland, photography) could benefit from adding additional creators to the platform.
I expect Insense will only get better in the future as I have seen it improve since we started using it about a year ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The majority of creators do a great job of creating the content that we have requested. From there, we have decided with the creators we would like to work with on an on-going basis.
The platform has a wide variety of creators, and finding creators from hashtags has made it easier for our brand to find the creators we are looking for.
Our account representatives Kaylan and Thiago have been very great with supporting our team and responded very quickly to our emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Periodically the Insense Pro creators have inputted the wrong shipping address, which has made us send the product twice to the creators, which is an additional cost for our business as we typically expedite the shipping for the creators.
We have only encountered this twice, but one of the creators did not have their whitelisting account attached, which took a while to get sorted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to be able to not only pull creators I want but also refine and edit as well as cancel if I am not getting the content I need. The platform is so easy to communicate with creators and build out campaigns Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the speed of the site, or the glitches when trying to find creators I am assuming because of how many videos are in one feed when a lot of creators apply, as well as the time frame of responses when a creator goes quiet and i need to get help reaching out to a creator. Insense has been incredibly easy to use. It has helped me connect with a bunch of creators, build multiple campaigns at any time and they have an amazing support team ready to help with anything! Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While you have many creators to choose from, sometimes the creators applying for the campaign are not exactly aligned with our brand. More young users as well so when we do run a campaign for an older demographic, we do struggle to find the right creators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is super helpful, and overall UI/UX is good. we have been running only gifting campaigns on Insense so far and results not bad.
a good replacement of Billo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
maybe because we only run gifting campaigns, the inflencers are getting repetitive.
We will try to run paid campaign and see if we can get more diversified content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The trust factor.....
I have run over 100 TikTok campaigns, and the biggest problem has been trying to collaborate with creators and influencers.
Insense makes it very easy, and even if the creator/influencer is slow or doesn't respond, the Insense team will follow up with them and sort it out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not Insense..... its a problem with the market..... creators/influencers are notoriously challenging to work with.
Insense makes it easier, but it can be frustrating when trying to make deadlines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Insense is a reliable place to find content creators for brands that don't have in-house teams to create content. The added benefit of being able to market to the audience of the creator is a nice feature to target customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it can be cumbersome to get through the creation process. From beginning to end we are still working to streamline our system to be more manageable. Vetting creators that apply is a challenge as well. Many of those creators apply for many campaigns, I'd like to have some options to further pinpoint creators.
