Top Rated Insense Alternatives

This platform is a game changer to our influencer marketing. It empowers our team to easily launch and manage campaigns for multiple purposes, from UGC materials to build social media brand awareness to creator ads, even Amazon affiliate programs. Product seeding is obviously a key feature. Insense support team is dedicated even when you're not in the highest subscription plan, and their developers seem to diligently work on improving limitations of functionality and stay open to getting feedback from clients. Quality of creators reached can be frustrating sometimes whether the demographic conditions are generic or specific. Bunches of creators will apply to your campaigns so it takes lots of time and effort to pick the really suitable ones for effective ROI, otherwise you'll receive the outputs that return out just under average. The ease of use also has its downside with limitations in creator payout method, communication management and overall campaign report. It's acceptable anyway considering the budget-saving trait of the app. Insense is constantly reaching out to more engaging creators in diverse verticals to meet its clients' demands and also developing features for better UX on both brand's and creator's ends, which is worth mentioning if you consider subscribing in the long term or not. There are many offers for creators to primarily make UGC Content, from local to global brands. Use the app or website to comb through offers and find what's a great fit for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most brands on the platform offer way below market rate and ask for far too much content in return. If you're a new creator, this might be an option, but if you're an established creator, most of the offers are wildly insulting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have launched two campaigns with Insense, and it gives me access to great creators very quickly and easily. The brief is easy to use and captures all of the right information. The creators who applied are generally a good fit for what I am looking for. I love the insights that Insense offers for the creator profiles. Overall, it's been a very helpful platform and I cannot imagine scaling creator marketing without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the chat experience with the creators to be a little disorganized. It's sometimes hard to find the creators at the right stage, and toggling back and forth between diffferent views of the campaign and creators doesn't feel intuitive. The customer service is really slow, although compared to other platforms I reviewed, it is good that they do have some customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our team needed a better way to source and gather UGC content promoting our service. Insense makes it easy to build briefs, find creators, communicate, and manage content from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform organization can sometimes be a tad confusing based on what you're trying to do. For example, it will pull in all messages instead of just the ones you've hired unless you filter that out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it is an easy way to get noticed by brands. The app is very convienant. I love that it is free to use. I love that we can apply to campaigns and charge our own fees. The downside is that you cannot go over the offered amount from the brand only under the offered rate which is nuts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that insense charges the brands a lot of money to use their platform but allows the brands to undercharge us as creators.
insense allows brands to whitelist off of our accounts without allowing us to charge extra because the brand set the price at 50 dollars.
insense suggests that our posts are only worth 50 dollars per. saying that if we get more likes we get more money. there should be a way for us to apply more amounts of money even if it is over the campaign's budget.
the brands lie and say that they only have 50 dollars for content but industry standards are an average of 300 dollars per usage right. a brand should not be allowed to use our content forever.
brands are allowed to rate us but we cannot rate them.
basically exploiting us for our work because most do not know any better and do not know what to charge.
Update 9/20/23
I still feel as though inesense should push brands to pay their creators more. The amount for videos have gone up significantly( from $50 to atlest $100) However, ugc should start out at atleast $300. The brands on this site ask for way too much for the compensation they are offering. They want you to do 2 UGC videos, voice over, b-roll,raw material, white list for 365 days, posting to your accounts, and all for $200. I would understand if this were mostly small business. HOwever, it is the huge companies that choose to not pay for their creators correctly.
AGAIN!! Insense starting monthly prices is $400 dollars and the max being $4,200 to use their services. THis means that the companys have money for creators. If companies do not want to pay creators they shouldnt have any obligations of content creation behind the gifting period.
Also, insense is not innocent, they allow brands to low ball creators by stating it is $200 per creator. LIke, I am grateful to be getting paid however, there needs to be something done about getting under paid. Because if a brand were to use an service or magazines, they would pay thousands of dollars... THey are savign money by using us but creating genuine connections with their audience gaining them much more money and attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use and the support will do their best to make your campaign a success. What's particularly exciting is that I can link the content creator's Instagram account and my own Ad Manager account with the click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Perhaps a stronger filter would be better as far as creators are concerned. There are a lot of content creators who apply with 3-4 different profiles for a campaign, which slows down my work, as I want to give everyone an equal chance and check their profile. Insense has been an extremely cost effective way for our company to gather quality UGC content for our marketing efforts. It is easy to navigate and has helped us scale our creative production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some influencers are more professional/engaging than others. It takes a while to sort through the influencers to find the highest quality ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the way Insense has an easy-to-use campaign layout that helps you describe your purpose and goals when looking for content. This helps the creators understand what they need to do to make high-quality performance content that works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing for the platform is a little steep but I am hoping the investment pays off as they roll out new features and add better creators. There are some creators that don't feel very professional on the platform so there is some sifting that needs to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like that we can work with a variety of different creators at the same time for multiple campaigns with different budgets. There are many times we have got great content from the 1st round and the content worked well on our ads and we saw some great results so totally worth the investment. 1) 100% the Dedicated platform manager option, this option is not worth the money and we spend a lot of time trying to make that person understand our brand and what content we really wanted to get.
2) There are many creators who are not worth the investment, sometimes, they are not professionals, they do not follow the brief, they do wrong the campaign/name of our brand and we have to invest a lot of time to edit/review their content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The briefing system is super robust, giving you lots of room to add all the info you could possibly need, to make sure the content creators really understand what you're after.
You can also add in what content you want in a modular way, to make it super clear what you're wanting if there are a few different bits to the brief.
It's super easy to shortlist who you'd like to move forward with and you can even get in touch with the team if you've not had the right kind of applicants and they'll help find more suitable people to apply.
What impresses me the most about this platform is how helpful the success specialists are, they're really proactive and full of lots of great insights and tips.
It was the shortest timeline I've ever experienced fro putting up a brief to getting content delivered. There are lots of great creators here who really know what they are doing and just get it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's sometimes hard to find a good amount of A* creators for our products, but they are a little more complicated to explain than say clothes, makeup or other things like that and it's an issue we've seen on all other platforms we've used. However, when we raised these concerns with our customer success specialist they gave us a bunch of actionable info on how to find the best people, which was amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is very easy to use and the creator network is huge. We were able to create brief, select creators and get content delivered within a week.
But overall it is very helpful to coordinate with the creators, share with them the requirements, send them payments etc.
For experienced or older creators, the platform also gives useful insights into their portfolio like Engagement rate, Audience group etc. which is very helpful in the creator selection process.
The support team is also very helpful and proactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The workflow of the product can be improved perhaps. Sometimes it is not very easy to locate the ongoing messages with creators and applicants.
It is also a bit manual to conduct background check on the creators' portfolio. It would be great if a feature like this can be incorporated. But apartment from that the platform meets all of our creator sourcing needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
