Inovalon’s Claims Management Pro is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline claims management for healthcare providers, integrating seamlessly with EHRs like Prognocis, it is really easy to use once the integration is completed, you also will have the technical assitance support from Innovalon in order to complete the integration successfully, besides you can received automatically the remittance information if you prevously complete the enrollment process for each payer, so this information is received by innovalon and then will be automatcally upload on prognocis due to the integration, so it will save you a lot of time since you do not have to enter too much remittances. Sometimes when you have to release more than 90 claims at the same time, you have to refresh the webpage, otherwise the system will count again the claims that you already release, or you could delete by mistake claims that you already release if you do not refresh the website. it is like a glitch the software has but once you discover the issue you are not going to delete claims by mistake, it happended to me soemtimes at the beginning while I was leargning about this program. I would like for claims with the same dates of service to be bundled together. For example, when I am correcting old claims, I have to go all the way to the bottom to see if the claim has already been corrected once and then scroll up through to the top to ensure I haven't missed any that may be out of viewing range.
