What do you dislike about Innowork?

All features are useful and I didn't find any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great product features (very innovative features). Very easy installation and usage. Very Good technical and customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Innowork solving and how is that benefiting you?

-Personalized learning

-Automated but accurate competency framework

-Automated Skill Gap Analysis (normally it took 6 months for us to build, but using INNOWORK we are able to see skill gap analysis for our employees in one click)

-Automated TNA

-Effective skill/competency based course recommendation with analytics (why the course recommended)

-Succession planning model is very easy to use and able to track employee's readiness on daily basis

-Able to understand company level capability index and for all employees

all features are very innovative & useful features. I never seen these features from any LMS/LXP providers. It is beyond any LXP available in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We introduced Innowork as learning and development digitizing solution. Rhe platform capabilities saved a lot of time and effort carried out through the learning cycle such as identifying gaps in skills and individual skills assessments
