Thanks to Quantcast Choice, I have been at ease for more than two years regarding cookie management for the users of my website, as they have developed an aesthetic, useful, and lightweight system that makes my website comply with the GDPR effectively and without disrupting the navigability for my users. It amazes me that Quantcast offers a free, fully functional solution for consent management without any restrictions while hundreds of other providers charge a hefty fee for the same thing. I had struggled to find an ideal solution for GDPR compliance for months. When I was recommended Quantcast Choice by a colleague, I expected a bare-bones service with additional features locked behind a paywall, but surprisingly I found a full-feature service with no strings attached. I love how easy it was to implement, with helpful tooltips explaining every feature. Total setup time was probably 15 minutes. I haven't encountered much that I feel could be improved. I was hoping to be able to set my own custom text for the consent pop-up, but unfortunately that cannot be edited. I understand it's probably for legal reasons, so I can appreciate that, but I wonder if there's a possibility in the future of adding an additional message alongside the legal text. The ease of integration onto any site, making it easy to use the same implementation for each site you may have and manage all data under one house. Its also a great service to use in the sense that you can easily add a new site and integrate it so easily, as well as see from an overview what your level of consent is. And the easy theme management allows you then to iterate and test which kind of pop up is the least intrusive so that you are creating the best customer experience and increasing your chances of receiving consent. The support that offered when facing technical issue isnt the most helpful, there are times when we are uncertain of whats causing errors that are very specific and there isnt much help in what may be causing it or getting in the way from our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was working with several publishers who needed help implementing their CMP and Quantcast was the only company where I could actually get a hold of a real person to help them troubleshoot their problems. This was a big deal. because several publishers were losing hundreds of dollars in revenue due to CMP integration issues and Quantcast saved the day. Michael and Cheryl have been rockstars!
