What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

Infosec IQ was one of the easiest platforms to learn and use. So many features and the provided templates made it a breeze to deploy. I was also impressed with the support and help with onboarding. Great company to partner with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Reporting can be a bit difficult especially when you are creating a campaign that spans several time periods. That being said the support is excellant and with help I am always able to get the reports I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

We've been using InfoSec IQ to enhance our staff's knowledge in both technical and physical security, and the results have been outstanding. The platform allows us to create customized posters and training materials that perfectly fit our needs, making the learning process both effective and engaging.

One of the standout features is the seamless integration with Azure, which ensures our user data is always up to date. This synchronization has made managing our training programs incredibly easy and efficient. Overall, InfoSec IQ has been an invaluable tool in our security training efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

One of my dislikes is that we cannot intergrate with our training tools used every year. THose trainings are mandatory and are tracked in one system. If we can get those intergrated then I would have even more training sessions with the Infosec IQ platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

At this time, we don’t have any complaints about the platform, we just don't utilize it to it's full capability but plan to explore it further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Infosec Likes:

* The training modules are shorter than other competitors

* The training modules are interactive

* The modules are also driven by video/audio and not just text alone. (This allows one to listen and watch to understand the material better - works well as a visual learner). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Infose Dislikes:

* The modules can be a tad corny

* Some modules have quiz questions that do not pertain to the material discussed

* Some modules have errors and make the module hard to complete (interactive portions) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our customer support team provides excellent service through quarterly review calls. During these calls, they go into detail on our program maturity and help deploy new campaigns.

We use InfoSecIQ as part of our daily operations through the quarantine feature and also by scheduling monthly phishing and learning camapaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

- Infosec provides quick support for queries.

- The FAQ and help articles are extremely useful.

- Easy to use platform. Minimal clutter.

- I appreciate the large content of videos, questions, and phishing templates.

- Easy to launch campaigns with templates or customizing your own.

- Reporting gives insights into user performance and the program's effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

- When you select a template through a search to browse and return to the search page, your search filters are not remembered. Additionally, you cannot right-click to open them in a new tab. This can be an annoyance when are planning to explore various templates.

- Lack of AI updates. For example, no voice phishing simulation made available yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

I love how easy it is to set up campaigns and all of the templates there are to choose from. I also love how everything is customizable for our company. The detailed reports as to what each learner did once they received a phishing email is very informative. We send out phishing emails weekly. When we needed additional information as to learning how to use the platform to it's fullest extent, the representative we had a meeting with was extremely helpful. Overall, learning how to implement the services provided to do as we need it to do is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

The only thing I have disliked about Infosec IQ when it comes to the phishing campaigns is that I can't remove or add learners to an already existing campaign. Instead, I have to clone it to add/remove learners (unless if the learner was removed completely from the account), and then go back to delete the original campaign. We create campaigns months in advance, so having to scroll through the pages can become tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

So far I have only used Infosec for the AwareEd piece to train my district's employees and fulfill the cybersecurity training requirement by the state. The information presented is relevant to our duties as educators as well as users of technology in general for safety and cybersecurity in our own lives.

The course is short but packed with information that assists us in knowing what to look for, and how to keep ourselves and our data safe from hackers or ne'er-do-wells.

The program is easy to access and use, and it is easy to find the data I need within the results.

I haven't tried the PhishSim yet, but that is on my agenda in the coming months to see if the training has made the anticipated impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

I had an issue recently where a user had completed the training on the last day that campaign was available. She sent me the printed certificate with that date on it. Within my console, I did not show her as having completed it, and I could not get the help desk to understand that. They kept telling me what I already knew, but not why this teacher's completed course was not showing in my admin console as having been finished. We went back and forth several times and I just gave up and said, "Okay". It was a little frustrating that they did not seem to understand what I was seeking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
