What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Reporting can be a bit difficult especially when you are creating a campaign that spans several time periods. That being said the support is excellant and with help I am always able to get the reports I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:

Plan your deployment with your team prior to implementing. There are a lot of options to choose from. Also test it on a small number of employees before deploying it to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of top reasons that an organization falls prey to a cyber attack is the people inside the organization letting it in. Training staff to identify a cyber attack is the best way to fight this international threat. With Infosec IQ we were able to train our employees in a short amount of time. We are also able to measure the effectiveness of that training through subsequent campaigns. The phishing simulations coupled with the user training is a must for any organization wanting to protect data and systems from cyber attack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

We've been using InfoSec IQ to enhance our staff's knowledge in both technical and physical security, and the results have been outstanding. The platform allows us to create customized posters and training materials that perfectly fit our needs, making the learning process both effective and engaging.

One of the standout features is the seamless integration with Azure, which ensures our user data is always up to date. This synchronization has made managing our training programs incredibly easy and efficient. Overall, InfoSec IQ has been an invaluable tool in our security training efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

One of my dislikes is that we cannot intergrate with our training tools used every year. THose trainings are mandatory and are tracked in one system. If we can get those intergrated then I would have even more training sessions with the Infosec IQ platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

At this time, we don’t have any complaints about the platform, we just don't utilize it to it's full capability but plan to explore it further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company utilizes Infosec IQ for Cyber Security campaigns for our users to recognize methods used for phishing or data breeches. In my role, I oversee training and analyze emails that are submitted as phishing, as well as oversee user training. Many of our clients require verification that our employees complete regular security training. Infosec does provide many options and we are looking into utilizing more features such as various certifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The two organizations I support use it for two separate but similar reasons. Company 1 uses it as part of CMMC / NIST compliance for training. Company 2 uses it as part of ISO 9001 internal training satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

The human element is always an evolving risk within cybersecurity. Attackers are constantly finding new methods to exploit trust or uncertainty with frontline staff in order to carryout further attacks. Keeping our workforce informed and aware through training and ongoing testing helps to reduce our overall risk exposure from social engineering based attacks. What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

I love how easy it is to set up campaigns and all of the templates there are to choose from. I also love how everything is customizable for our company. The detailed reports as to what each learner did once they received a phishing email is very informative. We send out phishing emails weekly. When we needed additional information as to learning how to use the platform to it's fullest extent, the representative we had a meeting with was extremely helpful. Overall, learning how to implement the services provided to do as we need it to do is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

The only thing I have disliked about Infosec IQ when it comes to the phishing campaigns is that I can't remove or add learners to an already existing campaign. Instead, I have to clone it to add/remove learners (unless if the learner was removed completely from the account), and then go back to delete the original campaign. We create campaigns months in advance, so having to scroll through the pages can become tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Infosec IQ is bringing awareness to our employees about the risks of opening up phishing emails and how to make yourself more aware of them since some can be very difficult to catch. It is helping our company and our employees learn ways to spot suspicious emails and better ways to not only protect ourselves, but the company as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

So far I have only used Infosec for the AwareEd piece to train my district's employees and fulfill the cybersecurity training requirement by the state. The information presented is relevant to our duties as educators as well as users of technology in general for safety and cybersecurity in our own lives.

The course is short but packed with information that assists us in knowing what to look for, and how to keep ourselves and our data safe from hackers or ne'er-do-wells.

The program is easy to access and use, and it is easy to find the data I need within the results.

I haven't tried the PhishSim yet, but that is on my agenda in the coming months to see if the training has made the anticipated impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

I had an issue recently where a user had completed the training on the last day that campaign was available. She sent me the printed certificate with that date on it. Within my console, I did not show her as having completed it, and I could not get the help desk to understand that. They kept telling me what I already knew, but not why this teacher's completed course was not showing in my admin console as having been finished. We went back and forth several times and I just gave up and said, "Okay". It was a little frustrating that they did not seem to understand what I was seeking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

The training is important to fulfill our cybersecurity training requirement, but it also teaches our users valuable information about their own safety and cybersecurity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
