The platform is very easy and intuitive to use even for researchers that are less experienced with online research. It offers diverse advanced features like consumer journey mapping which create rich and insightful learnings. There is nothing that I really dislike about the platform. The price of using the platform is comparably high - but therefore you get innovative features and great support. So nothing to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its simplicty. It is well designed and easy to use - especilly for those collecting data. It is also easy to use from the researchers side. Honestly, very little. The only very minor complaint from users was that data could be slow to upload - but ultimetaly this is not because of Indeemo itself but rather the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The AI tool can provide coded analysis and summaries in less than minute. A task that would otherwise require several hours of shifting through transcripts on other qualitative analysis tools. Truly impressive and sophisticated feature.
It is straightforward to navigate a large cohort of data and review participant activity. The automated transcription feature is fast and mostly accurate.
Participant generally found they could frequently upload natively thoughout the day with mobile app.

The customer service from Maeve & Eugene is exceptional. What I appreciate most is that they sincerely listen to our needs and responds with agility.
They recently launched amazing AI capabilities that has transformed the use of Indeemo for us from a qualitative data collection tool to an end to end qualitative analysis and insights tool. The new features have made our lives significantly easier and faster when having to work through lots of qualitative feedback, finding themes and building video reels. It's a user friendly platform - intuitive to use, app based with all the task options you need - from text posts to screen recording, and with all important desktop access for moderators too. When a participant has used the platform before, they need to be sent different joining instructions if completing another project. This can slow down onboarding a little. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface works brilliantly - you never feel like you're stuck in the weeds of transcripts which makes all the difference in having clarity of thought.
The organisation of the platform is second to none. It's very easy to move between respondent groups and individual tasks with the filtering tool, all of which makes life ten times easier when moving into the analysis stages (not to mention the AI transcription and video snipping tool; amazing!!).
The customer support is excellent - from task set-up and onboarding, checking in, to accommodating any changes throughout the project - there are never any issues.

Quite a few respondents don't reply to follow-up comments (which may be because they don't see it or aren't bothered), so you need to be very specific in your task instructions. It's not necessarily a bad thing because it means you're getting the most of each task, but don't rely on probing questions.

There are many things I like, to start with it was a brilliant way for us to create and conduct research studies across many categories and customer needs. More recently the insclusion of the AI features has significantly reduced the time it takes to analyse our research videos to find insights, quotes and supporting clips. This was my first time using Indeemo and I really didn't know how I would like it when I first signed up! Let me just say, the AI functionality is SUPER cool and definitly worth trying out! It's 'look' does feel a bit less modern than some of the sites with similar offerings, but that's a super minor detail that doesn't hold much sway when looking at what platforms to utilize for research Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool was super easy for us to set up and super easy for our participants (teenagers) to use. We had little to no issues getting everyone onboarded and they all completed their assignments correctly.
