The platform is very easy and intuitive to use even for researchers that are less experienced with online research. It offers diverse advanced features like consumer journey mapping which create rich and insightful learnings. Its simplicty. It is well designed and easy to use - especilly for those collecting data. It is also easy to use from the researchers side. The AI tool can provide coded analysis and summaries in less than minute. A task that would otherwise require several hours of shifting through transcripts on other qualitative analysis tools. Truly impressive and sophisticated feature.

It's a user friendly platform - intuitive to use, app based with all the task options you need - from text posts to screen recording, and with all important desktop access for moderators too. The organisation of the platform is second to none. It's very easy to move between respondent groups and individual tasks with the filtering tool, all of which makes life ten times easier when moving into the analysis stages (not to mention the AI transcription and video snipping tool; amazing!!).

Quite a few respondents don't reply to follow-up comments (which may be because they don't see it or aren't bothered), so you need to be very specific in your task instructions. It's not necessarily a bad thing because it means you're getting the most of each task, but don't rely on probing questions.

There are many things I like, to start with it was a brilliant way for us to create and conduct research studies across many categories and customer needs. More recently the insclusion of the AI features has significantly reduced the time it takes to analyse our research videos to find insights, quotes and supporting clips. This was my first time using Indeemo and I really didn't know how I would like it when I first signed up! Let me just say, the AI functionality is SUPER cool and definitly worth trying out! The tool was super easy for us to set up and super easy for our participants (teenagers) to use. We had little to no issues getting everyone onboarded and they all completed their assignments correctly. Working with the staff at Indeemo was a delight. They were responsive and instrumental in thinking about how to get the most out of this project - critical as a new Indeemo user. The platform captured material that we had no other way of accessing - a window into consumers' lived experiences. We were also easily able to stimulate reflection on issues of 'why' and unpack emotional responses. Therefore, the ability to manage participants, and their responses, made real-time interactions during the project simple. This was supported by Indeemo's analytic versatility, which already has automated approaches, that aided the depth of our considerations of the data and ensured a flexible approach during the project. This capacity for agile implementation is critical in facilitating the benefits of physical ethnography with the heightened capabilities of digital capture - Indeemo is the best of both worlds. This is augmented by Indeemo's simple and thoughtful approach to data management and export - making the transfer of material simple and ensuring it is easy to work with as we continue to mine the wealth of material generated. There was nothing that we disliked. The platform integrated easily with our working practices as researchers and we gained valuable insights. For us, this was a learning curve too, but one where we felt supported every step of the way!
