Since implementing Incognia, we have reduced account takeovers and fraud by a lot. Recently, we had a money laundering attempt by fraudsters, and Incognia helped us greatly in containing the overall impact of the fraud, saving us something close to 90% loss on these accounts. When I became Fraud Prevention Manager at iFood, Incognia was already implemented and it was working fine. My experience started in the CS aproach and all the work de Mari has leaded during my time. The partnership, the willing to help, all de support and insightfull meetings are not common in the market. Incognia is not the partnert that implement and come back in the momment of annual review, it is a company that participate in the daily basis.
