The first time I met II was at a trade show, and I was treated to nearly an hour's free content strategy advice, and I was struck by their expertise and passion. SO I asked for their help in modernising our annual report and creating something that was easier to digest visually. The following year we were struggling with resources so it was natural to involve them at the very start of the project, where they helped formulate style, design and wrote copy. Inbox Insight allowed us to ask custom questions above and beyond the standard firmographic targeting options. We are a very niche product in an industry that is very slow to move and has an extremely well-established and dominant player. We know we do best with companies that don't currently offer group health insurance and don't have an HR department but those weren't options in the standard firmographics. The ability to add questions and filter leads by these data points was a really nice feature.
We also only paid for leads that met the specific criteria we set. Granted, the CPL went up as we added more targeting criteria, but we only had to pay for the leads that met the criteria we wanted instead of having to pay for all the leads that come through on a specific piece of content. Even though Inbox Insight delivered on the promised number of leads, we didn't get a single sale out of it, even with a lookback window of over a year. I can't blame everything on Inbox Insight because that's not fair. There's more that goes into turning a cold content lead into revenue than just the initial interaction with the first piece of content, so I'm sure there were issues with the nurture and sales process we had in place to handle the leads we received from Inbox Insight. That said, we tweaked the nurture program and sales process during our commitment to try to better meet the leads where they were at on the buyer's journey, and we still didn't see improvement from a revenue standpoint. Account service is great. Everyone that works there, whether in the Sales team or the Operations team are quick to respond, lovely to deal with and don't mess about! They consistently perform well and have been a key preferred partner of our agency for years.

The team is extremely fast and professional. They matched design templates to our brand palette effortlessly and created white paper content within a matter of days. Their lead and audience dashboard is also one of the best I've seen. The level of data captured is terrific. This product was clearly thought out and tracked.
