Make sure you know who you want to target. It will help generate more relevant leads.

What do you like best about Inbox Insight?

The team are hugely knowledgable about the whole lead generation process and they don't try to hard sell upgrades or add ons to their service offereings. Their customer support is great and I trust them to offer good advice about best practice in terms of content production and fit. We set up a Hubspot integration so leads land regularly every Wednesday into our CRM for the sales team to follow up. Quality of the leads is good and fits our ICP. What do you like best about Inbox Insight?

There are many areas where Inbox Insights is very strong at, a few that I find the most crucial and helpful are job title and industry accuracy, delivery timeline, customer support, delivery goals, data accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Insight?

Sometimes it can take a few back and forth to get the content set up properly with the right fields, but that is quite standard with most content syndicator so wouldn't say it's a red flag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted to drive leads through content syndication and we have very specific job titles and verticals, Inbox Insights was able to provide that within the correct filters. We have previously used many different syndication vendors and by far Inbox Insights provided the best delivery in terms of job title accuracy, delivery timeline, customer support, delivery goals etc. Overall would absolutely recommend them, although they have more EU/ UK leads compared to the rest of the world so something to keep in mind.
