Nothing really, which is why we were able to dispute 5 months worth of charges and got every cent back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Appointment Setting -$1997/mo

Facebook ad management monthly - typically $2500/mo

Total Value- $10782 monthly

Our Price -$2750/ month (NO Contract) (includes everything listed above)

Ad spend- as busy as you want to be. (most common among clients is to start at $2000- $3000/mo and scale from there.)

Of course this sounded so great but Needless to say we got almost nothing after 5-months.

We were given a dedicated account rep with their dedicated phone number.... although the number was disconnected and they always said they were going to look into it.

We got our CRM set up right away and we got the META ads right away but that's it. We started using the CRM by adding our own leads in right away. During month three we asked why we hadn't received any leads and they tried to take credit for all the leads we had added in the CRM ourselves.

Everytime we asked about the any of the items on the pitch deck they said we were going to start setting up during our next meeting- Always during our next meeting.

We were more than patient, until one day we found out they were running and charging us for ads with another company's logo and contact information.

After finding this, we called inboundio and confronted them about it. A day later they sent us an email containing an apology email, and a new ad proof. We responded by asking for an explanation on how that happened and how we could ensure it would not happen again. They responded but resending the the same apology (copy-paste).

We set up a meeting with inbound and asked they for a list of all the outsourced services and asked them how to extract the all the information we had input ourselves. The lady helping us seemed like this was pretty routine for her. Maybe that's why they recently rebranded.

After learning about the outsourced services we realized it was much cheaper and more efficient for us to outsource ourselves and use Chat GPT to generate the Ads for Meta.

As mentioned above, we disputed the charges with our credit card company. The credit card company asked us for proof and after reviewing the emails we sent them, and the ads with another company's logo on it, they concluded that we we're entitled to all of our money back.

This company is a SCAM. Don't fall for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Inboundio?

Inboundio seems to be a good platform, and it serves its purpose well. It allows the quick creation of landing pages through a graphic user interface and the way its built allows for a degree of customization that appears to be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboundio?

Even though its useful, the interface is way too basic, and the landing pages you can build with it are too, so they may not really help you a lot at the end of the day. The resulting landing pages don't appear to have the same quality as other tools on the market and that shows, especially when comparing to our website. The same can be said about the email marketing platform. But at the end of the day, what matters is that it just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
