Compute service offered by INAP Cloud is simplistic, with low latency & high-performance deployments. The availability of instances is supported across all regions, which is great for our organization. We have only recently started to use the cloud platform services offered by INAP Cloud. So far, we haven't encountered any dislikable features in its platform. One of the major upsides of inap is its support staff. They are not only always available but are extremely friendly too and are willing to undo any problem that pops up. The flexibility to provide solutions also adds up to the positive points of the commendable support service. The chances of service blackout are minimal, making the service available most of the time. The customization option is a biggie as it allows a person to modify things according to his specific requirements. The servers are pretty responsive and provides easy management of data . The price is worth for the quality you get and the services are worth the buck you pay for. The option of shield plus reduces any type of cyber attacks dramatically making it one of the most secure cloud service agent. The support team isn't big enough which at times may be a hindrance since there is a lack of hands on people available for service at a point. The lack of number increases the chance of careless mistakes which makes certain companies hesitant since they can't risk much. There are times when abuse complaints are not handled in the right manner, making the situation annoying at times. The absence of email option is an issue too. After some period of choosing different Hosting providers including self hosting options, we stop on SingleHop, because of some very simple yet significantly important features available for their customers:
1. Friendly and always willing to help staff
2. Fully customizable options for the customer needs, that allows to achieve a better hosting solution when compared with Amazon AWS, Google or Microsoft.
3. For our over six years work experience, we NEVER had service blackout!

They will help to the best of their ability. Support is easy to reach so it feels like an extended team always available to assist. Have not found a reason to dislike since switching to SingleHop. I can say cost, but everyone needs to eat. They did offer a discount for signing a term contract, but that is perfectly fine considering the experience with them has been great and surely no reason to change any time soon. I really appreciate SingleHop's flexibility when it comes to solutions. We can get a variety of scale and change our service level pretty quickly. They strive for happy customers! And overall the people there are quite friendly and professional. Sometimes I have an issue with the separation of duties and responsibilities between me and the SingleHop staff. Sometimes I feel that because I'm very active managing my equipment, they aren't quite hands-on enough. But it's tough to navigate the line between overbearing and not hands-on enough. SingleHop support is unmatched on nearly every level.
Timely, well structured, not missing any detail or relevant questions. Their responses are outstanding.
Their network is one of the best we've used. What we pay for is exactly what we receive and nothing less.
SingleHop Shield Plus is currently our protection method of choice.

** Update **
With the acquisition of SingleHOP by INAP it feels like the quality of service has been slipping.
The one and only complain we have with SingleHop resides to the handling of abuse complaints.
Most complains are legitimate and are resolved without a problem.
However rouge complaints will come through where the claims are false, simply not a valid complaint or missing relevant data in order for us to resolve the complaint.

SingleHop's network is unparalled in its performance, stability, and uptime. After migrating the majority of our infrastructure to within their network, we have seen almost zero downtime or network related issues that plagued us before with other providers.
SingleHop Shield Plus is our DDoS protection method of choice, and we have seen any attack-related downtime or issues be reduced significantly since utilising it across our network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Communication with their team can sometimes be a little convoluted. Despite having an account manager, knowing who to speak to for the right information can be a little unknown. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used SingleHop for the last 10 years to host many of our websites. Their servers are super fast. The staff is very helpful and always goes out of the way to resolve any issues we have had.
