"Best way to manage work flow, files and email and manage project"

What do you like best about iManage Work?

iManage Work has become essential for how I manage my files and keep up with project communication. I love the flexibility of the workspaces. I can easily create folders organize file and create project structure, which makes it super easy to find the right documents quickly. The best part of iManage work is its search ability. I can search in whole directory with conditional formatting. Outlook integeration is also a plus thing I can manage important emails and attachments directly into their relevant iManage workspace without ever leaving Outlook. Take our client onboarding project, for example. All related emails are automatically organized – proposals, contracts, etc. – without me having to lift a finger." What do you dislike about iManage Work?

I have not found anything that could be disliked in it. Everything works perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

iManage helps us to organise all project data in structured way that reduses the complexity of searching filr. The main thing is that the search function is incredibly powerful. Before, we were wasting a lot of time hunting through file shares. Now I find what I need in seconds. It's great for revisiting past projects and reusing assets. It also helps with security and compliance. With iManage Work we can ensure that sensitive documents are stored correctly with the right level of access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iManage Work?

iManage DMS delivers reliable performance. Documents load quickly, and the system handles large volumes of data without significant slowdowns. The search functionality is particularly noteworthy, providing fast and accurate results even with extensive document repositories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iManage Work?

The amount of time it went down, for an enterprise system app, is too much. Some limitations felt weird, for example, it can only show 500 documents and then when you click more it will show the next 5,000 documents, without pagination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Imanage is structural robustness at it best"

What do you like best about iManage Work?

Operating a business with low error rates and robust performance requires a system that can scale well whilst maintaining the balance of structure and flexibility. Imanage offers this balance with the degree of stability that is hard to come by these days.

Integrations and API access has enhanced the feature set of Imanage to make it a foundation that any corporate entity can build and expand on with confidence that the core is of the highest callibre. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iManage Work?

Imanage is traditionally a legal centric framework. The resultant logic of file structures and access of information takes some getting used to. Once a user has escaped the box that traditional file systems put our minds in, the operational efficiencies are hard to compete with. I would like to see a greater effort placed on consumer education in thinking laterally about file structures so as to suite a broader audience of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

Imanage provides a robust stable base for our organisation to grow on. As regulators catch up industry trends, compliance standards are evolving and placing increasing pressure on all organisations irrespecitve of size. The secure and auditable structure of Imanage solves the problem of increasing compliance in the techonolgy side of our business. This means reduced cost inflation from increamental compliance burden and less disruption to business so we can focus on what we do best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
