"A really good tool for organizing stuff quickly"

What do you like best about iManage Work?

iManage Work is super safe, like a fortress, so your documents stay safe. It's easy to use on the website and mobile app, and you can get to your documents from the cloud wherever and whenever you need. Easy integration of Outook and other Email systems.They also have great customer service to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iManage Work?

New folks might find it a little hard to use because it's tricky to move around the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

One big problem we faced was making iManage Work fit with our current systems. Making sure everything could work together and moving data smoothly between apps was really tough. Our IT team had to work closely with iManage support to fix these problems.

We were also really worried about security. Keeping our clients' private info safe is super important in our job. So, we had to make iManage Work super secure. But, making sure it followed all our rules and letting users get in easily was hard to balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Industry standard so users are generally familiar, and I personally find it easy to administer and work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love iManage Cloud"

What do you like best about iManage Work?

Users love the web interface, Google-like search functionality and quick responsiveness. Ilove that we are automatically kept up to date with the latest version with zero involvement on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iManage Work?

Nothing too major. A few users grumbled that the ability to email a Word document as a PDF straight out of iManage was lost when we moved from FileSIte. Also, access to trash is only avialble in Work Web - not Work Panel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
