I love the auto-grading feature and the intuitive nature of the user interfase for building out courses. The initial set-up was painless. I had section of the course up and running in very little time with spot on content that I later fine-tuned. Customer support was helpful in clearing up product features and roadmap. There are a few 'nice to have features' that are lacking like adding AI generated videos and images that would be great to have. Translator an AI assist features need fine-tuning and to support more languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about IllumiDesk is how easy it is to use. From the start, I was able to get in there and quickly create a project without needing a sales call or even a video tutorial. The quiz creator is straightforward, and even with the free trial I was able to try out all the platform features. The interface is nice to look at and organize assignments for students. I enjoy the ability to assign code and true/false questions all in the same document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no ability to copy & paste code after an assignment has been submitted so that can be frustrating. Additionally, there is no "run all" button so students (and me) are required to run cells one at a time. I have 250+ students so after I've graded X amount of assignments, I have to go into the submissions page and search for more submissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
