Mail Manager is simple to use and provides options for quickly filing emails, it even provides suggested locations. The speed and reliability of the search function ensures that emails can be located quickly. Locations allow every team member to find all emails related to a specific project. Once you have opened an email it sometimes struggles to open the email again in quick succession. Only one person can view the email at the same time. Could it be set so that multiple people can open as read only? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No pricing policy for the small user with less than 5 users. eg, pricing policy for single user (eg, solo practitioner or retired practitioner, ie me when i retire shortly). There is a massive market out there for lower number users. I know many solo or 2 person practices that do not take up because of cost.
Essentially, this is an "app", so why not make it cheap and hit a massive market rather than an expensive / low volume market? Needs better marketing to an all-user market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It needs to be "rebooted" too often with updates. Like the classic search engine better than the new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Filing up emails with suggestions regarding project numbers. I like a pop-up window in Outlook, so there is a chance to verify your email recipients, title, etc., before final sending an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mail Manager affects Windows workflow by deselecting active windows, no matter what application you work on, so you keep typing without desired results. This issue was tracked down to the mail manager, and everything is back to normal after uninstalling it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
