What do you like best about Ideagen Mail Manager?

Ability to quickly file emails with AI suggestions, and ability for all to search all emails. Like that MM saves in native Outlook msg format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Mail Manager?

Mobile filing is still difficult or impossible when storing onto local servers. No Outlook web based interface. Opening search box takes time and lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I can only file emails from outlook, it would be great if I could also file GMAIL emails.

Mail Manager is useful in storing emails and ensuring a strong papertrail on projects. I use only the filing system, but it is effective in raising old communication Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
