Lucidity is easy to use, is a "one-stop shop" system with all QHSE topics covered, and easy to implement while allowing a degree of tailoring to better suit the company's activities. Overall a great system that we use daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The KPI dashboard is not well detailed and requires exporting Lucidity raw data into another system to properly display and use all data. Also some minor frustrating things like the "filters' drop-down which do not automatically hide after filtering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support via phone is lacking, I've had a ticket open for approximately 12 months with no progress, both contractor and role processes seem convoluted.
