ID Data Web is a second step verification for our customers who might seem like a fraud risk to AI model risk assessments. By adding this second step verification we are able to allow more sales though that would not have been allowed by using an AI risk assessment tool alone. This also has added another layer of protection for our customers which makes them feel safer. My company is not required to use IDDW but we chose to and the partnership is outstanding. The multi-level security checks on mobile devices and authorization processes / identity verification of users registering on our sites. Also, the knowlege of their tech support staff. I like that ID Dataweb offers so many options for creating idenity verification workflows. I also like that much of the service can be self-configured which allows for easy modifications or experimentation with different processes. With their cloud hosted solution, you can stand up a new worklfow in minutes and add your own branding. You can also integrate with your existing fedration system for a seemless experience. ID Dataweb's support is always very responsive and their team is ready to take the wheel or let you design your own solutions depending on your comfort level. As someone who enjoys the hands-on configuration options that IDDW offers, I would sometimes get impatient waiting for a functionalty to be exposed in the self-service UI so that I did not have to ask for it to be done for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After going through the training provided by my employer, I found that not only was ID Data Web one of the easiest programs I have ever used, but it was also among the easiest to integrate and implement within my daily work flow. Myself being a commercial Member Support Agent, I have discovered just how imperative it is for every day use. ID Data Web has been an excellent company to work with. Support has been responsive, the platform has been highly available and the backend services are constantly evaluated for improvement and performance.
We were able to get up and running within days due to the way the platform allows for quick deployment and ID Data Web engineers are there to assist.
