**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

I am a big fan of the ability to get daily news on customers, prospects, and competitors; this allows me the ability to keep interacting with my clients at all times and up to date with anything important going on with them. I also like the ability to scope out a business's current financial situation before working on proposals. The Delphi score is an excellent indicator of how they will get on for finance.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

The lack of telephones numbers that are generated from the prospector lists, unfortunately, this adds to the task of our apprentices who utilise the lists as part of their role.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a team of apprentices at Ethos that do new business generation, so the ability to generate calling lists for them is a huge problem solved (minus the lack of telephone numbers). 

I am benifited from the daily alerts of things happening in customers so I can engage and interact with them more on subjects I may not have known about allowing me to be a better account manager.

The ability to pull contact details of target orgs based on your specific criteria quickly. Also the ability to check on credit, news and activity of prospects .

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

That certain Pub Sec companies are spread across multiple smaller orgs meaning that they can be missed off when you enter your search critera

For business development, it is a great asset. It isnt a silver bullet and there are some things that can be improved but on the whole it will assist business.

It has enabled me to pull large amounts of data quickly & easily which is a large part of my Business Development role.

The Prospector tool has filters which allow you to find what you're looking for, narrowing down by region, industry, buzzwords etc.

It would sometimes be useful to have the function to filter down further in the sectors. For example, in Manufacturing, I would like to see more sub-groups

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

I liked the ease of use and the depth of the new information provided. I also really like the alerts set up as this is really helpful when prospecting new clients.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

For a prospecting tool and also keeping up to date with my current clients information I do not see any negatives to date. Maybe the reporting could be a little easier to set up but this is probably an error at my end.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have managed to be far more direct and focused when prospecting as it allows me to narrow down the lists of clients I'm looking to target and also helps to group them by location too which is very helpful.

Need to improve the functionality on iPhone web browser. Could do with the ability to sort by date and see what news you've already read.

Take the time to do a proper rollout of this tool to ensure it becomes part of the usual routine of your teams. Get buy-in by ensuring your senior management also get set-up on it and use it.

I work in franchising and there is no SIC code for that which is frustrating as it means I can't make use of all the functionality that Artesian provides.

Try it....it speaks for itself.  Invaluable tool if you're in UK B2B at all.

I really like the ability to be abe to drill down further into a prospect and get the detail that is required in order to make introductions. This method of introduction is a lot softer but much more effective. Having the insight into another business is key to a great relationship.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

Nothing. Artesian is a platform everyone should be using to further cement business relationships or prospecting.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

Buy it, ask for help in navigating the software from the staff at Artesian and then let the platform do the work for you. This is, by far, the best AI software I have used and I will continue to do so. Make your workload easier and connect with your customers or potential customers and a softer, more seamless way and retain their business.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not having any issues with Artesian. The benefit of being able to find company information on a granular level is amazing. From a sales perspective, the intelligence that Artesian offers is gold. We are able to produce an effective pipeline, prospect and build relationships without using old techniques that are outdated and offensive.

Alerts - I start every day looking at my alerts and often act on one at breakfast time, meaning I'm at the top of my customer's inbox.

If you're targeting and managing business customers, you'll find Artesian will help you to be more relevant, to win more meetings and to have good excuses to remain in contact.  This is a critical part of your social selling strategy.

I am easily relevant and top of mind for prospects and customers.  Gives me a "hook" to reach out to someone new, and an easy excuse to be in regular contact.  Love the list building as well.  I have absolutely won new meetings and new deals because of Artesian alerts

It doesn't seem to cover a global reach. The searches aren't intuitive. Cumbersome to adjust my lists. Many of the features for businesses don't work, social, news etc. LinkedIn links don't work very often.

You'll still need to do research but it helps kick start company insights.

Artesian offers me three main advantages;

1. Research tool - I use this to understand how a company or market is performing and who the right contacts are.
2. Prospecting - Artesian allows me to narrow down my search to a precise list of ideal targets.
3. Relevant insight - Artesian delivers me up top date news about the specific company's I am prospecting which allows me to deliver relevant emails to the appropriate contact generating a far higher response rate.

Artesian does not cover European companies.

Artesian makes it easy for me to get names and in many cases the email addresses of the contacts I am trying to engage with and them helps me to ensure my communications are always relevant and specific to the company which has increased my new business engagements.

Artesian is great to help prepare for any contact with prospects. Since everyone and anyone can have an impressive online presence, we have in the past wasted time and efforts trying to connect with prospects who appears bigger than they were. Artesian helps us to qualify our prospects, and find the right person to speak to. We now have a more targeted pipeline and can cut through a multitude of prospects. The news feature is great and provides a great segue when connecting with prospects and clients alike. It helps us keep track of what's going on with them and really helps with the personal touch.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

Simply put, DueDil presents company data in a beautifully intuitive way. The data is digestible and presented in a methodological way that seems to fit most of my use cases. Almost like a good story, as you scan through the data, DueDil does a really good job of predicting the next course of action or data point you are most interested in. Not only does this save a lot of time, but it breaks down even some of the most complex tasks into a real breeze. And like all good software, DueDil is pretty to look at and actually a joy to use because the UI is so nicely designed.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

DueDil tends to be a few days behind the curve on data that's been released to CompaniesHouse. I don't know if that's intentional or a limit placed on their API. But would be a good thing to solve (if possible) so that there isn't a delay.

DueDil is a delight to use and has a very powerful suite of tools for supplier and competitive insights.

We use DueDil for competitive insights and for keeping on top of supplier relationships, particularly those with credit facilities.

Excellent tool for establishing company structures, locations and sizes to enable targetted prospecting. 

Excellent tool for creating watchlists that enable you to act on updates and alerts from those targetted prospects meaning that all engagement is relevant and appropriate

There is almost too much information on the site.

An essential tool for engaging with prospects at the right time with teh right message

The feature that allows you to create a spreadsheet with multiple businesses' data.

Not a huge amount. It would be useful if there was clearer visibility of a businesses bank.

I tend to use it to give me information I am missing or help gather data about prospects or customers. It's benefits are mainly that it gathers data in a short amount of time.

We are able to prospect using customer information tailored to the needs of the business and the individual. Ensuring that we are not only targeting the right customers but also following their recent events and keeping close to the sale.

we are not able to find a number of he businesses within our prospects to follow on our watchlist but this is improving all of the time.

prospecting hasn't been a list of customers to call it has become a targeted campaign using the information we gain from Artesian.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

DueDil is very helpful for our normal everyday work. it works very quickly. Тhe information that is inside the site is complete and accurate. The interface of this web site is very easy to use and is also very user-friendly. I really like that you can do your personal searches with a lot of filters such as company name, industry, the exact location of the company, the size of the company, the nature of the business.
When you do your searches you can get the full information for a particular company such as the financial status, financial growth of the company, the status /is it active close or dissolved. One of the most helpful information is the financial part and the credit risk of the company. Тhere you can find all of the necessary information like the current assets of the company, The Current Liabilities, The Net Assets, the credit health of the company. Also, you can find a different kind of documents related to the company /the annual accounts and annual returns/. There is information about the beneficial owner or if there are some beneficial owners, directorships, previous directors /are they retired or closed for some reason, the period from the exact date to the exact date. you can see the date of birth of directors and beneficial owners, service or billing address

The only thing that I would recommend is to have more searching options. Sometime there are several profiles of 1 customer and this is a little bit confusing.

When using Duedil it's easy to navigate and gives us useful insight into our current customer base and a better understanding for looking for new customers based on our ideal customer. People at Duedil are quick to help with any query - very reliable. 

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

Like with any data source there can be the occasional duplicate but otherwise no issues. Duedil are a growing company and are always open to feedback so any issues we have had they've been onboard to help us with them.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

If you are interested just get in touch with them, they are very approachable and helpful. We found it more cost effective when compared to competitors and the return on investment has been great for us.

Currently using it to find new business leads by better understanding the customers we have to target similar companies. It also helps us better prepare for changes in circumstances with our current customers to be able to get ahead of the game, pick up the phone and check things are alright when Duedil flags any changes.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

Due dil is very helpful for our daily work. It works very quickly and the interface is very userfriendly. 
With Due dil, we can find all the necessary information for a particular company we are looking for. 
The most useful information for us on one side is the financial part of a company - the net assets, credit score etc. and on the other the directorships and ownerships

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

For some companies, all of the information is not available and this makes us do checks in different web sites such as company house https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/companies-house
when this happened it is not a problem with Due Dil because this information is also not available in the other site.

Due dil is a very userfriendly platform. In my opinion, you got in the right direction. Keep it that way!

The interface is absolutely user-friendly. It's very easy to navigate among different profile sections. Linking profiles is extremely helpful.

Searching for individuals could be improved. Need more options to filter search results.

I've noticed that sometimes directorships, which I find in the Companies House database do not appear under a person's profile (and vice-versa of course). Another thing that could be improved is to accumulate all relative and matching results under a single profile, for example:
a) sometimes results for one and the same person are divided into two batches;
b) often directorships in one and the same company, involving 1 or more positions with the company are listed as different directorships, which makes the total number of directorships a bit inaccurate.

DueDil helps me locate directorships and find connections among individuals and legal entities.

My Artesian feed is like my eyes and ears, giving me the heads up often before my customer contacts know themselves.

The retail market seems to generate a lot of noise around things like store openings that aren't useful to me.

Engage with the Artesian team to help you get more from the system - they can tweak it to your requirements.

Artesian gives me access to all the company information I need including the company structure and subsidiaries, year end, credit score and sometimes key personnel which I can validate with LinkedIn and my own knowledge.

The ability to be able to obtain a range of information for a company from employee size or turnover. with this I can provided dedicated targeted marketing for all new products.  

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

the watchlists are limited to only 250 companies. with this being increased to the 400-500 companies would help me manage customers that are aligned to me within my job role as I will not require multiple watchlists for customers within a same field. 

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

speak with members of the team to get a greater understanding of all the tools artesian offers. I would always advise people to share their experiences with their wider team. being able to bookmark articles helps when going to meet with customers as well as retaining the share score.

the ability to obtain customers email addresses for targeted mail shots. I can select using the export sheet which customers I use email addresses for.

The user interface is great and always improving.  You can tell the solution is designed by Tech Experts.  Very easy to use.

The support is fantastic, account managers are very quick to reply and always put the customers first.  Online chat works really well.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

The international capability isn't great but i'm aware this is because Duedil started as UK centric and are building out to international currently....so it will come and already is infact.  I predict great things for Duedil in the future.

The only other comment would be that whilst there is lots of information, for some it is too much.  Maybe the user type could define what information they see.  For example, someone in sales doesn't need to see the deep financials, only top level.  Less can be more at times.

Look at all the areas of your business where the product could add value.  It isn't just a tool for finance or sales, both parties really do benefit.

Credit check evidence to share with insurers, running company lists for campaigns.  Key benefit is the ability to filter by company types so we can target exactly the right type of customer (ie employee numbers etc)

The most impactful feature of DueDil has to be the financial year-end metric. This metric alone has become a staple sales trigger to identify when to get in touch with a prospect account. 

It's a very user-friendly platform and has saved our sales team a vast amount of time.

The industry keywords need improving - I feel they should match LinkedIn verticals.

I like how user friendly duedil is. I have tried other services and they are much harder to use, and finding information is not particularly easy there

Nothing in particular! I find it easy to use and it gives us the results we need. Perhaps a credit checking system could be useful?

Duedil is great for risk management - it meets all my needs as a 3rd party assessor!

Duedil has helped immensely when it comes to prospecting and finding businesses that I would like to talk to. I can input my search criteria and instantly see a list of relevant companies that would have otherwise taken an incredible amount of time to find and research. I also like that my search lists can be exported to excel as this then means that I can create and maintain contact records.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

There isn't much that I dislike about Duedil. It would be nice if more of the searched companies had their trading addresses listed as this makes approaching them easier, but I understand that this information isn't always available

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit to me has been the time saved when prospecting for potential clients. Duedil also makes preparing for meetings easy as there is a wealth of information about each company all in one place

Really great for breaking down the ownership structure of companies, and allows you to follow a trail of related companies/ director history. A lot of key information you need is presented to you rather than cricking through documents in companies house.

It also has some excellent data which allows you to keep up to date with industry trends.

For my role as an underwriter I can't think of any - mostly very helpful.

As an underwriter I find it is the most user friendly platform to get further information on business ownership, director history, and group company information. A lot of great information is extracted and saves me a lot of time searchnig for.

Very intuitive user interface, more information in a lot of cases than national registries. Great indication on the share types for shareholders and the ultimate framework of companies.

Updating a bit slowly, at least for CompaniesHouse information, seems to be once a week, should be updated at least within 2-3 days.
Also, to actually see a full company structure where possible would be amazing.

If your market is UK only, it's hard to find something better or more qualitative. Other countries are still here and there, depending on the country and the accessibility of the national registries.

Getting the most up to date information on basic registration entries, a great overview of directors/shareholders/UBOs etc.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

3 things:
1) Great product in all its formats, both portal and API. The products are built in a super user friendly way, meaning there is a low investment required by the user to be able to see the benefit of the products.
2) Excellent account management and value adding service in life. The follow up from the team in life is very timely and proactive in a value adding way. The events (small gatherings and annual conference) are also great opportunities to add value back to us as customer.
3) Sales process was really thorough. It wasn't transactional, rather they took the time to fully understand the problem we were trying to solve with the data and gave us the support and confidence to achieve the desired outcome.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

Using DueDil has few downsides. Trying to get the rest of the business to extract full value from the tool and the dataset can often be the part that requires the most effort. The part we underestimated was how to roll out training and understanding of this new asset across our business.

Having the capability to customise multiple fields to nail down your own specific leads is a massive plus. Incorporation date and location or turnover and employee size. All to generate leads that have a specific relationship or match with your business. The support we received and the seminars was very helpful too.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

The map was a super helpful feature and got removed. The time it takes to filter and manage the data was a problem for us as a small business was the hardest part and it wasn't the prettiest system to look at. It came a long way from it's earlier days though!

If you don't know where to start and you need to do some customer profiling and get some quick wins, Duedil is the place to start. Specific information churning out genuine matches to your needs rather than slamming purchased data that might be interested.

We were able to do customer profiles using the segmentation tools in duedil to better understand where our clients come from and what they are like. What are they interested in, what sector are they from, how many eomployees do they have. These all helped us generate smarter leads.

I am amazed just how few accountants seem to us the software with only around 5% of the user base apparently from the profession. I log on and use it probably 10 times per day at least, so we get excellent value from it. The keyword search facility is excellent also, as is the ability to create lists which are updated constantly.
