What do you like best about Icertis Contract Management Software?
The contract authoring features and the search features to the Icertis tool suite really allow the various stakeholders to fully take advantage of the tool suite. Whether you are on the procurement team, legal team or commercial management team you will be able to search for key risk issues and deliverables. We are looking forward to seeing the impact of the AI features for vendor contract reviews.
The software is very helpful in finding and reporting on key attributes in the legacy contracts. Once the information is in the system, you will no longer have to do large "contract review" sessions to find out what was agreed to previously. What do you dislike about Icertis Contract Management Software?
The contract approval processes can get way too granular if you are not careful. There can be a number of loops and approvals that are required if stakeholders are not willing to delegate approval authority during the negotiation process. Additionally the email communications in the tool are quite chatty especially if you leave all of them on.
The downsides of the Icertis tool is that as it stands it does not fix broken processes in the contract review and approval process. And if the implementation team does not get the authority to improve the processes. Icertis will just replicate broken and inefficient processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Icertis Contract Management Software?
Industry expert, tons of customization options. Used enterprise-wide for both buy and sell side, so it was nice to have one system across the organization and streamline updates, e-signature process, etc. things common for both sides, maintenance support, etc., and ability to maintain separate access for all different user roles. What do you dislike about Icertis Contract Management Software?
Though the vendor is flexible and allowed us to customize as we want, the customizations were a pain to maintain during the upgrade process. The implementation team was very flexible - which is a negative in this case as they didn't advise on best practices and we ended up spending a long time undoing what we had implemented. Also, very lengthy implementation and onboarding process. System is not intuitive and users require a lot of support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a basic contract repository tool. The only feature I like is the "Refine search here" field which allows you to quickly filter the list of contracts to find the one you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Icertis Contract Management Software?
I could spend hours talking about everything I don't like: Elastic search synch, Editing a field in a contract, not being able to filter the Supporting Document list per contract, Need to publish your contract type form changes and take the system offline for 10 minutes. The UI can seem a little dated at times. It could use an upgrade to the latest WCAG standards. It would also be great to see more pre packaged integrations with Ariba Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
