practice management side is very easy to use and staff can learn quickly. Very helpful given the turnover in staff. Note templates are very robust and yet easy to use. Very flexible. Also has great billing and scheduling. Can integrate with my telehealth vendor. The implentation is fast, less than a day to get up an running. Support has been quick and had personal contact imediately after signing up. iCare EMR is very easy to use and does everythinbg we need. Setup was quick and we were able to configure it so that different users could customize the layout to their needs. Support has been very good too. We use it daily for e-prescribe of compounded meds which is a very nice feature and integration with pharmacy networks worked perfectly out of the box.
