What do you like best about IC Project?

First of all I love their chat, which is pinned with every little piece of project. So, we have communication chanell pinned to task, board and the project as well. What more, we can chat with one person or group of them. That makes convenient to use. What alse? Kanban boards are very clear and usability friendly. I like the way they present one task. What do you dislike about IC Project?

So far, can't find one part of IC Project I dislike. For me it's complete project management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
