IBM Sterling Order Management Pros and Cons

When I look up orders, it shows everything I need in good detail. I do like the interface, but it does take a while to learn how to navigate through all the different options to find what you need when looking at orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes special case of a hold code/inventory issue hold up the product in a particular warehouse and takes additional time to figure out what the individual issue is.
