What do you like best about IBM Sterling Order Management?

The product is huge and almost has all features an OMS system would have ready to implement.

Recently IBM OMS has also launched on cloud which is icing on the cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Sterling Order Management?

Build on very old architecture it is very robust.

It takes lot of time for deployment even if it is for very small change.

Its configurator takes lots of time to launch.

Last but not the least as it is a huge monster it takes time to master it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Sterling Order Management?

OMS has an incredible amount of flexibility. Its ability to extend and use other systems in the company is enormous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Sterling Order Management?

The tool still acts like a monolith. New growth projects run the risk of doing something wrong, by the fact that it can be done in many different ways.

Significant challenge in managing the tool due to continued dependence on IE-only CSS and heavy Java-based consoles.

No excuse at this point that the tool is missing a mobile app for tactical order support. More focused than the business console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
