Inventory management in IBM Sterling is really good, the long list of features it provides while dealing with inventory is just never-ending and inventory management being a very critical and major part of the whole OMS, makes IBM Sterling a very worthy option to go with. The pricing for the complete Sterling fulfillment suite being far more compared to the other market players and the fact that IBM offers only the complete fulfillment suite could be one of the downsides in terms of not being able to grab small customers in the market. Its highly flexible and scalable, and it uses automation also, it can do real-time inventory visibility, order tracking, and flexible delivery options and much more..It can efficiently communicate data with eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, CRM systems, and third-party providers, also it manages orders from multiple channels and uses it in order tracking in order lifecycle which is very efficient for end user of this system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Sterling Order Management?

the maintenance and support costs for this app is high, also training for this application also can be very costly, we need to hire specialized trainers to train resources which are not easily available in the market, also when it comes to regulatory compliances, we have to implement them manually everytime in this application.. one more thing to note is that the communication with third party apps can be time taking i meant that the development and configuration for the new partners will take time.
